don't touch them — their listing is misleading and the odds are you won't get what you think. I bought 'digital download' tickets from Vacations Made Easy because we were in the middle of a house move and I promised my partner a quick Vegas weekend for her birthday; after a dodgy previous booking I just wanted something straightforward. The confirmation turned up saying the tickets were physical and had to be collected in Nashville. I’d bought for Las Vegas. Rang their 'corporate' number and got an engaged tone for three days straight — possibly disconnected. When someone finally picked up they admitted phone problems, then refused a refund because the 24‑hour window had closed. I recorded the call — glad I did. Their corporate address turned out to be a PO box at a UPS store in Springfield, Missouri. The site shows a shiny 4.5 rating but you can’t click through; a lot of the positive ones look unverified. I found plenty of others with the same tale. Also the refund policy reads like legalese designed to confuse and trap you; properly frustrating. Annoying and avoidable, but at least I caught it early and didn’t end up in Nashville. Wouldn’t use them again.
Hidden fees, then a small win
a full refund only as a voucher, or 65% back in cash. Oddly, they could issue a voucher for the discounted refund but not for the free show itself. I kept pushing and eventually took the 65% cash refund for the lot — not perfect but at least some money came back, and I felt relieved when it landed in my account. So, I’m glad it ended with some cash, and a lesson learned: if you can, book directly to avoid the processing fee. Worth saying to others: check the fine print and be ready to argue a bit.
