I was a bit sceptical before buying — kept thinking would I be hauling more faff than help — but took the portable to a GP appointment and out for lunch on the first weekend and it surprised me. Quiet, light enough and gives me the extra oxygen I need to actually chat and stay with it. The home unit and most accessories arrived and work well. Annoyingly the extra bag I ordered never showed up, so not flawless, but overall it’s done the job.
Quick arrival, clumsy drop-off
Strange start — the parcel arrived quickly but was left upside down on my front step and nobody rang the bell, I only actually knew because of the delivery email. The machine itself feels solid, nice weight, and works smoothly once I fiddled a bit with the settings. The manuals need better English and clearer setup steps — even a few labelled photos would help. Overall I'm glad it performs well, just improves the documentation.
Not worth the hassle
I never pictured arguing about an oxygen machine. I bought a concentrator for my dad, who’s been in and out of hospital the last four years, and it's been a stress I've no need for. The machine arrived quickly and at first glance seemed robust — surprise, that was handy. But that’s where the positives stop. When it showed faults they flat-out refused to honour the warranty. They also insist their units are 'medical grade' even though they clearly aren’t. That claim matters. People depend on these things. We tried to get a refund and were stonewalled. It felt like they were more interested in keeping money than helping a person who is already stretched. I won't recommend them. Use caution, ask for proof about the 'medical grade' label, and be ready to push back. For us it became a time-consuming fight that added worry to an already difficult situation too.
