Bank transaction
My bank transaction went quite smoothly, but I reckon they should really be asking for proof of income upfront if you're self-employed, instead of immediately delving into your bank details. It threw me off a bit when they wanted electronic access from the get-go, only to then request my tax info further down the line. Perhaps they could sharpen up their evaluation procedure a tad. Nevertheless, I was pretty satisfied with the service overall. Thanks a bunch!
