Banking experience for over 5 years
I've been with this bank for more than 5 years now and I've had a really good experience. They always keep me in the loop with clear and on-time communication, and their rates are pretty competitive. The one time I had to get in touch with them, I got excellent customer service.
Online account opening
Signing up for an online account with Aldermore was an absolute nightmare. It just seemed to drag on for a couple of days before everything was finally sorted and set up. Their systems felt really out of date and not at all easy to use. Thankfully, when I reached out to them, they did make an effort to put things right and explained that the Post Office address database was partly to blame for the mix-up.
Fixed interest savings
