I used their return label, they received the parcel, and the entire previous conversation had been about sending it back. Apparently I still needed to tell them to look out for it. Now there is another wait before the money is processed. The replies weren’t rude exactly, but they felt copied and pasted, and there was very little ownership of the issue. I’d still say the BLADE itself is a good idea and the beer is enjoyable, but I would think twice before buying a refurbished unit again. My advice would be to keep every email, take photos of the parcel and chase them as soon as tracking says it has arrived. It shouldn’t be necessary, but here we are. I also found it frustrating that my earlier review was removed after mentioning the agent’s first name. It gave the impression that the wording mattered more than sorting out what had gone wrong.
Great beer, frustrating postcode charge
crisp, easy to drink and not one of those beers that sounds better in the description than it tastes in the glass. The point where I stopped grumbling, at least temporarily, was opening the box after it arrived. Everything was properly packed, nothing had leaked or been knocked about, and the cans were exactly what I’d chosen. Delivery itself was fine once it was on the route, and the tracking was clear enough. We opened a couple that evening and, honestly, it reminded me why I keep coming back. The beer is quality stuff, simple as that. I did contact customer service about the extra charge. The reply explained that certain areas across Britain attract an additional fee, which I understand in principle. But it didn’t really answer why my fairly well-connected town falls into that group. We have trains, regular buses and the A96 nearby; it doesn’t feel remote by any normal definition. So this is a mixed review rather than a rant. Ordering is straightforward and the beer remains excellent. I just think Beerwulf needs to look again at how these postcode surcharges are applied, because it makes loyal customers feel penalised for where they live. If the delivery cost was fairer, I’d order more often without hesitation.
Brilliant machine, painfully slow help when it went wrong
I was five days into a support conversation about a faulty gauge, and the suggested solution was a free keg if I simply kept the faulty unit. I mean, a keg is nice and all, but it doesn’t make a broken gauge magically work. The Beer Blade itself is genuinely a cracking bit of kit when it’s behaving. That’s almost the annoying part. I bought a Grade B refurbished machine, expecting maybe a cosmetic mark or two, not a fault straight out of the box. The gauge wasn’t working properly from day one, so I contacted Beerwulf assuming it would be a quick replacement job. It had only been in my house for a few days, after all. At first, support seemed fine. Then it turned into one of those conversations where you keep explaining the same thing, wondering whether the previous messages have actually been read. The first adviser kept the case going round in circles for days before accepting that the machine needed replacing. When I tried live chat, another adviser agreed to sort a replacement almost immediately. Honestly, that was the point where I thought, right, finally, we’re getting somewhere. Sadly, that didn’t last. My case went back to the original adviser, the replacement offer was suddenly no longer straightforward, and it was sent off to another department. More waiting, more generic-sounding replies, and still no actual solution. By then I’d had enough and asked for a refund instead. Seven days after first getting in touch, I was sent the return label. Not ideal, but I was relieved to have a way out of it. Then came the really frustrating bit. I sent the machine back using their label, and it was received, but after two weeks I still hadn’t had my refund. When I chased it, I was told it hadn’t been processed because I hadn’t separately informed them that I’d returned it. That was apparently something I was meant to do, despite the tracked return label being supplied by them. So now I’m expected to wait another ten days. I’ve had good experiences with other companies sorting faulty items in a couple of messages, which made this feel even more drawn out. I’m glad the machine itself has potential, but for the price, the after-sales support really needs to be much better.
Beer order with 20% discount
I've just ordered some craft beers from an online shop and I have to say, the service was absolutely top notch. I got a nice 20% discount on my order and they even threw in free delivery. The cherry on top was that my beers arrived in just 2 days. The variety of beers they had was great and their website was really easy to use. All in all, I was really happy with my experience and I'll definitely be buying from them again.
Fast and well-packaged delivery
The delivery was really fast and the product was spot on, just as it was described. But I have to say, I was a bit let down by the lack of different beers available in the sub format. It would be really nice to have more choice in this range.
Gallia and Krombacher beers

I recently ordered some beers from Beerwulf and was pleasantly surprised by how fast they arrived. My order arrived within just 2 days, and the free delivery was a bonus too. However, I must admit that I was a bit let down by the rising prices. I had wanted to get more, but sadly the cost of the beers I really like was just a bit too steep for my budget. Two beer kegs
I recently bought two beer kegs from Beerwulf, looking forward to enjoying them at a BBQ. Unfortunately, both kegs turned out to be all foam and no beer, ruining the whole event. When I got in touch with Beerwulf customer service, they were quick to reply and admitted that the kegs were probably faulty. But they flat out refused to do anything to make it right. I spent over £400 on one of their machines and now it's just an expensive paperweight. I'm really disappointed and I won't be buying from Beerwulf again. Next time, I'll just stick to good old bottles of beer and a cooler for my BBQ.
Easy ordering, limited selection, quick delivery, pricey
When I placed my order, it was really easy and straightforward. But my husband was a bit gutted there weren't more ales to choose from. The delivery surprised us - it came in just 2 days, quite impressive! The prices were a bit steep, but can't fault the service. It would be nice to have more deals to tempt us into ordering again.
Various beer products
I bought a variety of beers recently and was pretty happy with what I got. The selection of beers on the website was great, and it was easy to find my way around. Delayed delivery, good beer
I'm gutted to say that my Beerwulf delivery got messed up by Chronopost. The parcel arrived a whopping 4 days late! Beerwulf were quick to send it out, but Chronopost's dodgy service let them down. Still, the beer itself is top-notch as always - tasty and fresh, just like I hoped for.
Ales and beer products
The prices for ales and beer at this place are getting out of hand. They keep going up, so it's not really worth buying from here anymore. Even with their deals, it's just not worth it. It's a shame that they're pricing themselves out of the market.
Long-time customer

Upon buying a beer bundle from this website, I must say I was pretty let down by the whole thing. Ordering was easy enough, but that's where the good stuff ends.
