    Abs sensor

    Seeing all the negative comments about this company I was understandable nervous about using them.
    I needed a part for a Japanese car built in a factory in India and couldn't find one anywhere in the UK so I had to take a chance.
    I'm happy to say I was pleasantly surprised, delivery took about 5 days (which I thought was acceptable from Germany to the UK), the part was from an EU manufacturer (Holland) not some cheap copy part.
    It fitted, it worked, what more could anyone ask.

    Ordered parts from them on 3rd January 2021. (Using my girlfriends account this time, and for the first time, as where we were at the time I couldn't use mine. Didn't have phone to hand)They used GLS as their courier and from the 6th of January their tracking site has not been updated since the 6th Jan. Ive been using these for years with no problem. I will not use again after this. Caused me to be without my car for 2 weeks! Im partially disabled at the moment through injury, and need my car on the road to get to shops. I cannot walk far, and live on my own. Autodoc just told me to just wait for it. For how long???? We shall see what happens when i cancel the order and ask for a refund so I can get my O2 sensors here in UK. So Miffed about this. Why use GLS? They will only ruin a good company. Hope they see this.

    Brake discs and pads

    I have bought several times from Autodoc. Delivery time is little bit longer then I want, but it worth it. I saved a lot money using this company, and if you compare their prices and dealer's you can see a very big difference. To avoid any mistakes, I always check my orders according VIN number with their support team, and till this time nothing wrong heppened. I will recommend it to all my friends.

    They have sent me the wrong item which they are refusing return They have sent me the wrong item which they accepted liability for the incorrect part. However, they are refusing the return as they want me to pay for the postage. They should be the one compensating for the postage for their wrongdoing. Totally unacceptable. You cannot speak to them over the phone either. They respond very late via e-mail.

    I've bought a few service parts for my vehicle. It was easy to select spare parts as you can type OEM numbers and choose the spare part according to your needs. Prices are good, and usually much cheaper then from other shops. Delivery was quick enough, 5 days only, considering that the company based in Germany. All spare parts fitted perfectly. Thanks

    The first and second time I ordered from Autodoc was fine, I got lucky it seems, it was the third time when I recieved the wrong parts that I learnt about their customer service abilities; it's like their team is all truant fourteen year olds; no respect, no competence, very much a "computer says no" attitude. Two months after recieving the wrong parts the wrong refund value was eventually sent; a little too much if they still intend to send me the outstanding part i still need, too little if it was intended as a full refund; at present I still dont have a straight answer which it it, so I'm in limbo, should i order it elsewhere? I don't know... I've never written an online review before, if it's good who would bother? It's why i think reviews can give an unfair picture, and if it goes bad I understand mistakes happen, normally people sort it out asap, however in this case I've been treated like I dont matter in the slightest, and so I'd like to protect you, the reader, from making the same mistake. Completely avoid Autodoc and any other website which is also them; you can tell if the website layout is very similar and the parts cost the same, but certainly includes onlinecarparts.co.uk, and buycarparts.co.uk

    Brake Disks and Pads

    Extremely negative,

    ordered 15/12/20 ,

    I was expecting to take delivery of the item on 2 weeks from Order:

    (processing within 1-2 working days, and the delivery time usually takes 3-5 working days – as quoted from autodoc.co.uk customer service),

    At present I have still not received the goods or a refund on the missing items!

    I have contacted Autodoc.co.uk on numerous occasions (I have kept records) and have been given the same advice of “please wait for the items to return to our warehouse and it will take 10 days to refund you”. It has been 20+ days since I first received this advice and there has been no change. Every time I contact customer service its always another 1-2 weeks. The parcel was returned to sender (autodoc) 21/12/2020 by GLS.

    I spoke to GLS Europe via phone call and they said the parcel was never received by them. The tracking states it never left Großbeeren, Germany.

    They have also blacklisted my email address. Extremely shady company please stay away!

    Gas springs for hatchback boot lid

    Both the gas springs did not work. Autodoc would not accept return without photos, mechanics reports and more. I think they deliberately made it hard to return the parts. I gave up and got gas springs from my local parts shop, and they were fine. Autodoc still owe me £20.

    Hi peter. I have same problem they sent me a faulty fan motor regulator. They say the part is used so can not refund. it seems there are laws protecting this type of unacceptable Behaviour in germany

    Wheel hub

    I purchased this item for a direct replacement for the old one and it was totally the wrong one !!! I asked for a refund and they refused due to them saying that it had been mounted to the car which I never did and now I’m left with something I can’t use and £40 out of pocket !!!     MAGNETTI MARELLI EGR VALVE

    EGR VALVE - Faulty

    Bought October 2019

    Applied for my customer right to product guarantee September 2020.

    Application: scanned, printed, filled up, rescanned, sent

    Invoices: sent

    Photos of EGR IN ENGINE & OUT OF ENGINE provided. 50 PICTURES OF THE FAULTY PART SHOT FROM EVERY OTHER ANGLE FEATURING SERIAL NUMBERS AND ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING


    Everything was sent 4 times or more in the past few weeks, and every time you email me back like,

    "oh now we need you to print, fill up the application form, scan it and send back to us"

    So I go in town, I have it printed, I go back home, I fill it all up, I go back in town, I have it scanned, I send it back to you

    "oh now we need this"

    So I send you this.

    "oh now we need that"

    So I send you that.

    "oh now we need PDF copies of the exact same thing"

    So I GO BACK IN TOWN TO THE SHOP, SO I CAN GET THE PDF things of the exact same thing, then I send you PDF copies of the same thing.

    "oh now we need more photos of the EGR valve featuring the brand and number"

    So I send you 50 photos.

    "oh now we need stamps on the invoices"

    So I go back to the garage and ask them to REPRINT INVOICES.

    "oh now we need signatures otherwise it's not valid"

    So I go back to the garage and ask them to SIGN THE REPRINTS.

    "oh now we need you to"

    More scans, more paper, more going back in forth in town for scans, rescans and rerescans and signedstampedrubberednumbereddatedphtographedregis teredrerererererere-rescanned.

    START BACK FROM SQUARE ONE, REFILL THE EXACT SAME APPLICATION AGAIN, EXCEPT ALL ONLINE BECAUSE YOU COULD NOT SEND ME THAT IN THE VERY FIRST PLACE, INSTEAD OF SENDING ME RUNNING IN CIRCLES IN TOWN.

    "oh now we're only refunding half of the fitting process"After you send me an email that says I have to provide all the paperwork to apply for a full refund.

    I have run out of patience, you're costing me extra time, you're costing me extra money. I have now provided you EVERYTHING AND THEN SOME.

    It is now to a point of offsetting the saving I tried to make in the first place, making me realise that I should have ordered from a UK shop instead, and save me all that germanic nonsensical, dodgy, bullying, run in circles hassle.

    If you don't apply my rights, I will go to my bank instead, and show them every last correspondence I had with you, so to establish my good faith as a customer, and to demonstrate your "oh, by the way we need more stuff on top of the stuff on top of the stuff on top of the PDF copies of the stuff" tactics.

    The procedure is simple, it's called a chargeback claim. I show them you are being uncooperative and instead obstructive, and they'll claw the money back from you. No more ifs, no more buts, no more "oh by the way".



    Obvious mention at this point, I'm not buying anything else from your online con shop ever. Bit of a shame, I have 3 cars and would also order for family and friends. Quite the loss for you, I'm gone as I don't deal with crooks.

    To other potential customers:

    It's a German website WITH ZERO STOCK, they ship the parts when they have the parts.

    Deliveries are one week wait minimum.

    They also tried some bait and switch on me, with some sub par STARK branded part when I tried to purchase the EGR VALVE of my choice, which I refused, costing me more time and inconvenience.

    Brake discs and pad sets

    I had ordered brake discs as well as brake pad set from buycarparts.co.uk but a delivery box arrived from an identically layed out company called Autodoc.co.uk instead. I really can't begin to guess the roulette they are playing. When the delivery arrived they had only included the brake discs without the bolts. Everywhere I looked and everbody I asked the bolts of the brake discs come in a set. Autodoc had the audacity to lie given the mass counter statements. They have lied about what comes in the delivery. I tried getting in touch with them so many times but they barely ever replied properly. They don't listen to their customers. Please don't buy from here you will waste not only time but money as well just like I did. When I went in search for my human rights, they made it like it was my fault and that I hadn't understood the product properly. They are not looking after their customers. They even suggested I bought the parts I needed separately. The delivery took literally ages. They have also added VAT on each and every product but initially they claimed VAT was already included on the items. When I opened the delivery box, I noticed the contents inside it had already being opened before arriving at my address, another thing which they refused to comment on and completely avoided the topic. I regret buying from them and honestly if I could turn back time I would have seriously thought twice.

    This is a statement of facts:
    Ordered on 16 Oct. on the 26th I inquired as to why they hadn’t arrive. On the 28th I was sent an email announcing the great news!
    My order was now dispatched. No explanation or apology.
    I received the ... half order on the 2nd of November!
    Having reported the shortfall immediately I am now awaiting fir the rest of my order.
    Positive points.
    Amazing availability and choice of aftermarket parts. Great website with tremendous ease of ordering. Comprehensive description and referencing tostop you from ordering inadvertently the wrong part. And last but not least, fantastic value for money.
    It’s such a putty that the warehousing, order dispatching and delivery options Suck !
    I think it is run by morons!
    I would have better luck ordering a voodoo doll from Uganda to deliver it to my riverboat in Bangladesh!
