Lambda sensor purchase
I thought the website was a bit confusing when I was searching for a Lambda sensor for my car. There were seven different options with different prices, and I wasn't sure which one would be the right fit. Luckily, Karl from customer service was really helpful in explaining which part I needed and making sure it was compatible with my vehicle. After placing the order, the part is now working perfectly.
Helpful staff, long-time customer
The staff at this shop are really amazing! I've been coming here for years and I would never think about going anywhere else. They're always so friendly, know what they're talking about, and willing to do whatever it takes to help me find exactly what I'm looking for. I can't recommend them enough!
Car registration supplied but wrong part
I recently ordered some stuff from GSF Car Parts, and I was happy to see they included my car reg with my order. But, to my dismay, the part I got was not right. Despite this hiccup, the customer service team were great and sorted it out for me. The prices were decent, although I do wish the delivery had been speedier. All in all, my experience with GSF Car Parts was a bit up and down, but I might still give them another shot in the future.
Quick arrival of items
I recently placed an order and it arrived really fast, which was great. The packaging was decent too. I haven't had a chance to check if everything is correct yet, but it should be. The price was reasonable as always.
Headlights for my car
I ordered some headlights for my car online and they never turned up. Can you believe it? I got in touch with them and they said my headlights got lost during delivery. Seriously, what a joke! The customer service was really bad too, they didn't seem bothered that I never got my headlights. They didn't offer me any discount or try to get the parts to me quickly. And to top it off, they said I'd have to wait 4-5 days for the refund. Ugh, I miss physical shops. Online shopping feels like a gamble.
Various car parts
I recently bought some car parts online and then saw that they were at a bigger discount. I got in touch with customer service, and they confirmed the further discount. I not only got the difference back, but I was really impressed with how quickly they sorted it out. The customer service team were really helpful and professional, making sure I was happy with my purchase.
Battery order gone wrong
I ordered a battery from here, yeah? And get this, it never even arrived! Can you believe that? They claimed it was returned to the depot, but didn't bother leaving me a note or anything. What's up with that? So, when I phoned customer service, they assured me it would be delivered the following day, which was a Saturday. However, I later discovered from the delivery company that it was actually returned to the depot. I'm pretty peeved, to be honest. I won't be shopping here again and I won't be recommending it to my mates. It's just not on.
OEM parts, good price, delivered
I got exactly what I was after - OEM parts at a brilliant price - and they arrived straight to my door. Can't really ask for more than that! Ordering was a breeze, service was excellent, prices were fair, and delivery was fast and convenient. All in all, a fantastic experience with nothing to complain about.
Replacement Windscreen Wipers
So, I wanted some new wiper blades for my car, didn't I? I ordered a set from a company in the UK, thinking they'd be perfect for my ride. But you know what? It took a whole 8 days for them to arrive from Europe and when they did, they didn't even fit properly! So frustrating, isn't it? Then I came across GSF and they had a really good description and photos of the blades, plus the best price. I opted for the free 2-3 day delivery and they actually arrived in just 2 days! And you know what? They fit like a glove! It only took me about 5 minutes to put them on. So simple and quick, right? Definitely a 5-star experience!
Quick and efficient service
My experience with this company was top-notch. I ordered some parts and they arrived the very next day, which was great. There was a small hiccup with the delivery, but the customer service team sorted it out swiftly and smoothly. All in all, I was really impressed with the service I got.
Ignored at the counter
I popped into this shop to pick up a few things and the person at the till completely blanked me and carried on chatting with someone else. It felt like I was invisible and I didn't really fancy handing over my money to them after that. The staff ought to focus on the customers and not leave them feeling ignored.
Battery replacement
I bought a new car battery from this company not so long ago. Their communication was really good and the prices for their products were affordable for the quality. I had a problem with a battery that was damaged by a different company, but GSF's customer service, especially Karl Gooch at the Birmingham Office in Shirley, was really professional and polite in sorting everything out. The other company didn't get in touch or apologise, but that's not GSF's fault.
Brake pads and battery
I've always been a big fan of this place for car parts, but I must say, my faith has definitely been shaken recently. I went ahead and bought some Brembo brake pads for the front and back of my car, along with a new battery, only to discover that Halfords had the same items at a much cheaper price. And to make matters worse, Halfords were even throwing in a 10% loyalty discount on top of their already lower prices. Seriously, GSF, what's going on? Don't you care about keeping your customers happy and coming back for more? It really does make you question why GSF doesn't offer a price match guarantee like other competitors. I used to recommend GSF to all my mates, but now, I'll definitely be advising them to check out Halfords first.
Incorrect parts ordered
I had a bit of a frustrating experience with the online ordering system at the car parts shop recently. I put in my vehicle reg number and ordered some parts, but they turned out to be wrong when they arrived. That meant I had to go into the actual store in Kidderminster first thing the next day. Even though they told me to come back at 11 am, they only had one of the parts I needed instead of the two. I had to wait until 3 pm to finally get the right one. The whole process was a letdown and they weren't great at handling customer requests, so I was left feeling pretty peeved with the whole thing.
Car battery purchase
Yeah, so I got this car battery from this place and it was really cheap! They had the best prices, like ever. The website was so easy to use and my battery arrived super quickly. I put it in my car and it was a breeze, no issues at all. Haven't had any problems with it yet, which is awesome. Definitely going to buy from them again in the future!
My order messed up
I was so excited to receive my order from this place but unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. I made sure to provide them with the correct address, even checked it multiple times, but somehow they still managed to deliver it to the wrong location - not just once, but twice! Can you believe it? I don't want to waste my time waiting for a package that may never arrive. When I reached out to them, all they offered was to resend it, but I didn't want to deal with that whole process again. Such a disappointment, really.
Electric window part for Vito
I was looking for a specific part to fix the electric window in my Vito, and I couldn't find it anywhere else. Luckily, GSF had it in stock, and it turned out to be the right one. The price was much more reasonable compared to what Mercedes was charging. The delivery was fast, and I managed to get it fitted the very next day.
Split parcel delivery
I've just bought something from here, but the parcel landed in two bits which was a bit surprising. They didn't let me know about this split delivery, so the second bit got missed, causing some delays and hassle. Also, the info on the website wasn't very clear about how many items were in each part. Like, I got two boxes of brake pads but didn't realise each box had four brake pads inside. It got a bit confusing and uncertain for me. On the whole, things didn't go as smoothly as I expected.
Car parts
I bought some car parts from this company recently and I have to say, their range of products is really good. The website is simple to use and I found everything I was looking for quickly. The quality of the parts was even better than I expected and I'm really happy with my purchase. However, I was let down by the courier service they used for delivery. Unless they change to a different courier, I'll have to think twice about shopping here in the future.

Ordered a full service kit for my Peugeot 308. Items arrived by parcel force, quick delivery - box was dripping with oil so I refused to accept the parcel as the items in the box were most likely damaged. Attempted to call and the phone automatically goes to a pre recording. Emailed the company, waited one day to hear back from them. Finally got a refund then told I will be waiting 14 days. Today is the 16th day....no money refunded. Save your time, use euro parts or other big companies
