The whole thing went sideways after I used their fitment checker before ordering. I typed in my VIN and the exact part number, and it showed a green tick saying it suited my car. That gave me confidence, obviously. When the parcel arrived, the item inside was not even the number I had entered and it wouldn’t fit at all. I contacted support straight away, sent the details, and was told in writing that I’d get a full refund. After they received it back, they changed their story and blamed an automated message. I paid about $280 and got just $109 back. Honestly, it felt really unfair. I kept every email because I couldn’t quite believe it.
