Quick rental service
I was really pleased with how fast I got my rental. The prices were good and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The whole thing went really smoothly and I would definitely think about using this service again.
Booking car hire
I recently booked a car rental from a third-party company and when I showed up to pick up the car, I discovered it was actually a different company. I tried to explain the situation and even showed them the original booking confirmation and credit card details, but they still wouldn't accept it. Instead, they tried to charge me more than three times the initial cost for the same car. It was really frustrating and I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me.
