I hired my car with Hiyacar for the first time. After the duration of the hiring the driver returned the car with damage. She hit the car somewhere and there are marks everywhere. She denied the incident and pretend she didn't know and didn't see.
I have sent my claim with pictures of the damage to the company on the same day. It has been a month since and never heard from them.
First they sent an Insurance Agreement which mentioned the damages and scratches to the cars were not considered payable.. nothing mentioned in any part of the Insurance section when you register your car with them.
What is bad is that I have had to chase hiyacar constantly and yet they are not able to give any information because it is never their department and they tell me someone will get back to me and I still hear nothing.
Worse than that I am still waiting for the payment for the 4 days rental, almost a month and I am still waiting considering that the costumer service is the worse I have ever seen... once again they cannot give any information regarding payments because it is not their department and someone will get back to you...Car sharing is special
