Exactly what I needed
Really pleased — booking straightforward, spot matched listing. I used it for weekend trips to Wembley and commuting; payment smooth, details clear, it was cleaner than I expected — a pleasant surprise.
Bit nervous at first
Saw it on a Facebook group; a mate nudged me. I doubted security and whether the space would be free, but Ian and Claire were great — all my worries vanished, glad I booked.
Not a walkable route
Started off sceptical — site said a 17 minute walk to the terminal, which worried me because of my bad back and a dodgy transfer. Turns out you can't walk it; the vehicle drop-off was fine, delivery tidy and owner kept in touch.
Unable to park - your parking space
Booked through your parking space, when we arrived there was a van parked opposite the parking space which meant we were unable to access the space, contacted customer services who were very unhelpful and no refund was provided, would not recommend using this App as if you have issues they are useless!
Parking
I visited a relative at his home which is in a block of flats with resident parking plus 3 visitors bays.
Before arriving I obtained a 24 hour exemption from Your Parking Space via a link provided by my relative. I took a screenshot of the confirmation.
A couple of days later I received a parking fine letter from a different company which refuses to cancel the PCN even though I have sent them proof I was permitted to park there.
Your Parking Space refuse to arrange the cancellation of the PCN despite admitting that I had acted correctly. They have provided no explanation.
The link is still active. It’s crazy.
There is no phone number, only an online form. It takes days for them to reply
Meanwhile I’m facing a £100 PCN.

I had booked a parking space near Arkady Industrial Estate for an event at Co-op Live, but when I got there, the gate was locked, so I couldn't get in. I contacted the parking space owner and they told me to park on the access road. However, another company on the estate warned me against it because passing HGVs could cause damage. This left me no option but to quickly find alternative parking, which ended up costing me more money. I was really disappointed and ended up feeling like I had been unfairly out of pocket.

Parking there was really straightforward and the location was brilliant for catching a show at the Apollo Hammersmith. Even when I came back late at night, it was still well lit and made me feel safe.
Easy access, secure parking, no queues
The parking spot I reserved was really easy to find and get to, and it felt like a safe and secure place to leave my car. I liked that I didn't have to wait in any annoying queues. All in all, it was a good experience and I'll definitely use this service again next time.
Easy booking, good directions, will use again
Booking a parking space was really straightforward and we received an email with directions on where to collect our keys. The walk to the airport was easy enough, though a bit dark once we turned off the main road. Luckily, I had read a review that suggested bringing a torch, so we were prepared. I would definitely use this service again.

Late parking booking
I tried to book a parking spot on this app, but it was a complete nightmare! The app was really confusing and not easy to use. I ended up booking an hour after I'd already parked, which was so annoying. When I tried to report my problems, the customer service team replied but didn't offer any help. I had a really great experience using the service. Getting in and out was quick and easy, thanks to clear signs and helpful staff showing me the way.
