Pre-booked parking space issue
I had booked a parking space near Arkady Industrial Estate for an event at Co-op Live, but when I got there, the gate was locked, so I couldn't get in. I contacted the parking space owner and they told me to park on the access road. However, another company on the estate warned me against it because passing HGVs could cause damage. This left me no option but to quickly find alternative parking, which ended up costing me more money. I was really disappointed and ended up feeling like I had been unfairly out of pocket.
Parked at the space near Novotel West London.
Parking there was really straightforward and the location was brilliant for catching a show at the Apollo Hammersmith. Even when I came back late at night, it was still well lit and made me feel safe.
Easy access, secure parking, no queues
The parking spot I reserved was really easy to find and get to, and it felt like a safe and secure place to leave my car. I liked that I didn't have to wait in any annoying queues. All in all, it was a good experience and I'll definitely use this service again next time.
Easy booking, good directions, will use again
Booking a parking space was really straightforward and we received an email with directions on where to collect our keys. The walk to the airport was easy enough, though a bit dark once we turned off the main road. Luckily, I had read a review that suggested bringing a torch, so we were prepared. I would definitely use this service again.
Airbnb stay parking
During our recent Airbnb stay in Leeds, we made use of the off-road parking and were really happy with the service we got. Late parking booking
I tried to book a parking spot on this app, but it was a complete nightmare! The app was really confusing and not easy to use. I ended up booking an hour after I'd already parked, which was so annoying. When I tried to report my problems, the customer service team replied but didn't offer any help. I definitely won't be using this app again, it was badly made and just wasted my time.

Quick, speedy entrance & exit, well signed & martialled
I had a really great experience using the service. Getting in and out was quick and easy, thanks to clear signs and helpful staff showing me the way. The location was perfect - really close to where I needed to be, so the walk there was no trouble at all. I'd definitely suggest this service to others and I'll be using it again for sure.
Good experience, customer service issue
I had a pretty good experience with this service overall, but let me tell you, trying to get in touch with the customer service team was an absolute nightmare. It would be so much easier if they just had a phone number available for customers to call up with any questions or problems, instead of having to wait around for an email reply. It's really annoying having to keep following up through emails, especially when you need a quick resolution. So, it would be great if they could sort this out to make things better for customers like me.

Easy to find car park near Co-Op
I found the car park easily and it was just a short walk from the Co-Op. Sadly, someone had parked in a spot that wasn't meant for parking, making it difficult for others to find a space.
Recent parking incident resolution

Parking space with shuttle bus
The parking spot was really well-priced and they did a great job of explaining everything, giving me all the details I needed. Just so you know, there's an extra £8 for the shuttle bus in addition to the parking fee.
Booking Parking Space
I booked a parking space for a concert at Co-Op Live and the app was dead easy to use. I had to change my booking twice because the venue wasn't quite ready, but it weren't a bother at all. The parking spot was a piece of cake to locate with my sat nav and it was well organised. All in all, it was a top experience!
Easy parking experience
I was really impressed with the parking service I used recently. There were loads of spaces to choose from and it was simple to get into the car park. The location was great, only a short 10-minute walk to the train and bus station. Coming back was easy too, as getting back into the parking area was a breeze. I did have a small problem with the barrier not opening straight away, but I just pressed a button and got through to someone who helped me out by opening the barrier once they checked my name and booking. All in all, everything went well and I was really happy with the service I received.
Quick booking, easy parking near Wembley Stadium
I hopped online, checked out a map of parking spots near Wembley Stadium, and ended up booking a spot on someone's driveway. It was only a quick 15-minute stroll to the stadium, and way faster getting out than the other car parks I've tried near Wembley. The whole process was a breeze, so pleased with it and definitely planning to use it again.
Parking
I booked parking with this terrible app for a spot I had parked in regularly. I came back to find a parking ticket on my car. Assuming this was a clerical error I got in touch with YourParkingSpace who took a few days to tell me that the charge was right ... I parked in the wrong car park. Upon a second appeal they sent me a picture of a different car park that I was not parked in! When I informed them of this they told me the matter was CLOSED! I have in effect been fined £100 for parking where they told me to, I even clicked from their confirmation email directly to my sat nav so I am 100% sure the error is there’s. I suspect that when I look into the issuing authority for the ticket it will be affiliated with YourParkingSpace ... I have effectively been SCAMMED! Avoid this company! There are plenty others available that don’t hang their customers out to dry for profit!
Parking Space at Birmingham Hyatt Regency Hotell
Booked a 9 hour space at Hyatt Regency Hotel Birmingham B1, for the Birmingham Symphony Hall, on 8th July 2023.
On arrival, the very small car park was full and the Hotel Reception, nor the Concierge, knew anything about YourparkingSpace and said they did not use their parking spaces. I had paid £12 in advance for this. Luckily a space became available and I was able to claim it. The concierge allowed me to stay in the space (normally £35 per day). I have tried to contact YourParkingSpace by their online form and through the WhatsApp number (an AI bot) with absolutely no result, to ask if the hotel was correct. I often go the the Birmingham Symphony Hall and would possibly use MyParkingSpace again if they can confirm their contract with the hotelYourParkingSpace
We arrived not knowing the parking conditions.
We downloaded the app and tried booking a space.
When we realised that we couldn’t make a booking for the duration we required, we left.
Your parking space charged me for the hour!!!
Dealing with their customer service was the worst experience I have had in years. If you can’t confirm in advance do not enter one of their bays.
