I've been using this parking service whenever I travel to Heathrow and Gatwick airports. I really rate their loyalty scheme, it's got some great perks for us regular customers. They always provide a top-quality and dependable service. However, I have noticed a bit of hassle at Heathrow T5 lately because they've made some changes that have caused drop-off and collection to take longer. Just so you know, this problem isn't something the parking service can control.
Valet parking service
The drop-off service at this valet parking place is really great. It's quick, simple, and the staff there are really professional and friendly. However, the pick-up service could definitely be better. Even though I called ahead from my flight, I still ended up waiting for over 15 minutes for my car to show up after I landed, which goes against their "No Wait Guarantee." It was pretty annoying waiting that long after such a long journey, and I really hope they sort this out so that customers have a better experience in the future.
