Car Hire at airport
I had a car booked with them but unfortunately my flight was delayed and the hire desk at the airport was closed, as it was a Sunday Orbit "24 hour support line" was also closed meaning we were stranded at the airport. we got a hotel over night and I called them in the morning they said they couldn't help us and I had to call the car desk. the booking had been cancelled but the car people sorted us out a car for the same price as it would have been. Unfortunately Orbit are refusing to refund the £50 deposit for a booking they did not fulfil.
