Don't fall for the friendly greeting and fast service at the desk, it's just a front to draw you in. The car seemed fine and comfy, but they conveniently failed to mention the dodgy front wipers that made driving in the rain a nightmare. Watch out for any sneaky problems that they might conveniently leave out when going through the details.

Booking a car was easy and quick, and the car I got was in great condition. But the airport car rental desk took forever! I arrived on time for my reservation but waited for a whole 1.5 hours in a never-ending queue. It was so frustrating, especially when other rental desks were quiet.
