Smooth and fast car rental
I had a really great experience with the car rental agency. Everything went smoothly and it was super efficient, which meant our reservation was all sorted when we arrived. The car we got was in top notch condition, and the staff were really nice and helpful the whole time. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for a stress-free car rental experience.
Smooth booking process
The booking process went well, but I do have one issue - the booking dates weren't shown on the details page, so I had to keep going back and forth to double-check them. It was a bit frustrating and I ended up losing some of the information I had already entered. Other than that, everything else was fine.
Car Hire at airport
I had a car booked with them but unfortunately my flight was delayed and the hire desk at the airport was closed, as it was a Sunday Orbit "24 hour support line" was also closed meaning we were stranded at the airport. we got a hotel over night and I called them in the morning they said they couldn't help us and I had to call the car desk. the booking had been cancelled but the car people sorted us out a car for the same price as it would have been. Unfortunately Orbit are refusing to refund the £50 deposit for a booking they did not fulfil.
