My experience with this car rental company has been really good. I've used them three times now and found it easy to rent cars at a decent price without having to use a credit card. Instead, I just left a deposit, which made everything really straightforward. The cars were always clean and in good condition, and the staff were really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to rent a car but doesn't have a credit card.
Smooth booking process
The booking process went well, but I do have one issue - the booking dates weren't shown on the details page, so I had to keep going back and forth to double-check them. It was a bit frustrating and I ended up losing some of the information I had already entered. Other than that, everything else was fine.
Car Hire at airport
I had a car booked with them but unfortunately my flight was delayed and the hire desk at the airport was closed, as it was a Sunday Orbit "24 hour support line" was also closed meaning we were stranded at the airport. we got a hotel over night and I called them in the morning they said they couldn't help us and I had to call the car desk. the booking had been cancelled but the car people sorted us out a car for the same price as it would have been. Unfortunately Orbit are refusing to refund the £50 deposit for a booking they did not fulfil.
