No delivery, no refund
I ordered some things from this website but they never turned up. I tried to get a refund but no such luck. The customer service is terrible, they haven't even responded to my messages. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Delayed delivery and poor customer service
I'm really disappointed with the service I've got from this online pharmacy. I placed an order six weeks back and still haven't got it. On top of that, every time I try to reach out to customer service for help, I hear nothing back. Waiting this long for something you need is just not on. I'm starting to doubt whether I'll ever get my order or if I've been duped. The fact that they're not communicating and taking forever to deliver is just not right.
Recent order delay
I usually have a good experience with this company, but this time around, it let me down. I placed an order at the start of the week and it hasn't been processed or acknowledged even after two working days. I even sent an email to ask for an update, but I didn't get any response. Overall, the service was quite disappointing.
