Ecoal50 Smokeless Coal
This maybe conveniently listed as a best seller but its the worst coal I have ever purchased. The coal burns extremely fast compared with Homefire smokeless and creates a far bigger ash pile. The result of burning through more coal faster is the need to procure more coal, which I am sure the objective is. I am only comparing like-for-like with homefire smokeless coal purchased last year. Convenient that the Ecoal50 is a best seller?

Its weird to buy coal online but i think i dont have too much option either lol. But i like the quality and its very easy to get . so thumps up for me.

We wrote to them today stating, May we ask, do you know how poor the coal deliveries are ? And how uncaring and poor the telephone help is ?
We have now been waiting since 13 December 2023 for our coal delivery and the ... the phone just could not care less and treats it almost as a joke, if I ran your company I would certainly want to know how poorly customers are being treated, we have now been told this morning that the coal will not be this week, likely it will not be next week either, so we are looking at 23rd Jan onwards for a 13 December delivery ! How is that Justified, if I was a boss reading this i'd be embarrassed.Homefire Ovals
Delivered ecoal instead,so now having to wait until they choose to collect and replace.
Bought coal from petrol station instead.
Order placed 2 weeks ago,no idea when it will arrive.Don’t care attitude
Received call telling me that my coal won’t be delivered til next week (already been waiting one week). Couldn’t give me a reason why it won’t be delivered this week and certainly couldn’t say which day it will be delivered next week. I am low on coal and did tell the caller this. Pointless. This is not the first time i have had issues with delivery with this company, despite a depot being only around 10 miles from my address. I won’t be using this inefficient and over priced company again. The local staff are excellent, pity about the parent company.
