The process of ordering oil online was really straightforward and the prices were very competitive. I'm quite new to using oil for heating, so I found the updates and advice given during the ordering and delivery really helpful. The only thing that bothered me was constantly receiving repeat email offers and time-limited deals after I had asked for an estimate. The website is really easy to use and shows prices and delivery times clearly. Ordering online was a piece of cake, letting you set up an account to keep track of previous deliveries and prices. And to top it off, the delivery guy kindly closed and fastened the garden gate after dropping off the goods.

It was really frustrating to have the delivery turn up at 6:45am while we were still in bed! It's just not on unless we've been told about it beforehand. The delivery guy was nice enough, but he seemed to think we knew about the early delivery. He even said it was his second delivery of the day, which just made the whole thing even more confusing.

They gave me a £20 discount voucher which made them the cheapest choice for me at the time, so that was really nice. I got my oil delivery today from a mysterious driver who somehow sneaked in and out without me noticing at all! The delivery itself went smoothly, and I got everything I asked for. The driver seemed really quiet and considerate - that's why I ended up calling him the "invisible man". All in all, quite a different experience but I'm not complaining about the service. Cheers!
Quick delivery, arrived early
I ordered some oil and it arrived surprisingly fast, quicker than I expected which was nice. Luckily, we were at home when it was delivered so it was fine, but a bit of a heads up would have been helpful, like a 24-hour notice would have been better. Then I could have made sure the tank was accessible or left a key for the delivery person, who was actually really friendly.

500-litre oil delivery
I recently had a 500-litre oil delivery from another company, and it didn't go well at all. It came while I was out, and even though I got a receipt saying it had been delivered, the oil wasn't actually in my tank. I couldn't prove this because I hadn't taken any 'before' photos of the tank level. When I checked the tank myself, it was clear that the oil level hadn't changed from before. It means I've basically wasted 500 litres of oil, and now I have to buy another 500 litres from a different supplier. It's frustrating not being able to hold anyone accountable for this, and I guess I just have to chalk it up as a lesson for next time – always be there when the oil delivery comes to avoid things like this happening.
Good price, delayed delivery
I always manage to get a decent price on my heating oil from this place, which is brilliant because I can't stand being cold. The delivery got held up one time because the tanker broke down, but they gave me a heads up and brought it the following day, so it wasn't a big deal.
