    Coal delivery

    I bought a load of coal from the company's website not long ago. I was hoping to get it before Christmas, considering they promised a delivery time of up to 7 working days. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive on time. I tried calling their office several times, but no one picked up the phone, even during their supposed office hours. The lack of communication and failure to meet the delivery deadline has left me feeling disappointed with the service overall.

    I recently bought some coal from this company, and I have to say I was really impressed with the service I received. The delivery was done quickly, and I was kept informed about all the details via email. The drivers were really kind and thoughtful, especially considering my disability.     12 bags of Brazier smokeless fuel

    I've been a customer of Coals2U and Homefire for a while now, and recently, I ordered 12 bags of Brazier smokeless fuel. I read some mixed reviews, but decided to give it a go anyway. The company sent me an email confirming my order and said it might take up to 10 days for delivery. Surprisingly, my order arrived in just 4 days! I got a text with info on where the delivery vehicle was, and the driver kindly put the bags in my front garden as I asked. When I checked the quality of the fuel, it was excellent with no dust. I know some customers haven't been happy, but I'm pleased with my purchase. Coals2U offers really competitive prices, so it's great value for money. My experience with Coals2U has been good overall, and I'd recommend them to others without a doubt.

    Wet coal!

    Drivers are lovely, but the coal they deliver is always wet because they just leave it outside. What's the point of receiving 24 bags of soggy coal? Please, just cover them with a tarp! I would prefer to pay more for dry coal. Now I have to dry the coal by the stove before using it, I don't even know what this is doing to the air inside the house.

    I was really disappointed with how long it took for my coal order to be delivered. The company said the snow in Sheffield was the reason for the delay, but I didn't think that was a good enough excuse. Nowadays, I think companies should have plans in place for bad weather, and it was annoying that they didn't keep me updated on what was going on. I could have easily bought the same coal locally and got it much quicker. Overall, I felt really disappointed with the service and excuses they gave.

    I ordered some coal from Coals2U, right, and when it arrived it was soaking wet. They said it was this cheap stuff that's all damp to keep the dust down. But I mean, my other deliveries never came like that. Then Emma from their office gave me a call to explain, but it's still not cool.

    I got a delivery of wet coal from this company not long ago and I have to say I was really disappointed with the service they provided. They said they would give me a delivery date but that never happened. When the delivery eventually turned up, my shovel in the bunker was buried under 7 bags of wet coal. It's just not on and it shows a real lack of care and professionalism on their part. I've been a customer for a while now, but it's a shame to see the service going downhill like this.

    Stoveheat 50kg Smokeless Coal

    I ordered some Stoveheat Smokeless Coal and it was a bit disappointing. They said it would arrive in 10 days, but it actually took 20 days. When I finally got it, I found that it smokes a lot when first put in the fire, burns away too fast, and leaves a messy pile of ash. It wasn't the quality I was hoping for, and definitely not worth the money. I won't be buying it again.

    Cheaper coal delivery

    I'm really pleased with my coal delivery, it's awesome. It arrived a bit late but they gave me a heads up so it's all good. Plus, it's much cheaper than buying from the store, saving 70p per bag! The delivery drivers are friendly and helpful, they even stack it where I want as I can't do it alone. Just remember to check the delivery details, it's crucial!

    I ordered a bunch of coal from this company and I have to admit, I was a bit nervous after reading some reviews. But, I actually had a great experience! The website clearly states that delivery might take up to 2 weeks, which I was totally okay with. They informed me of my delivery slot and even provided driver tracking so I could see where my coal was on its way to my house. The only thing I wish they could have done was to send me a confirmation email after I placed my order, just to reassure me that everything was going smoothly.

    I've had a right nightmare with the coal delivery I ordered! I called up to check on it and all they could tell me was that it was out of their control. It's been 10 days now and still no sign of it! They gave me a delivery date but it never came. To top it off, the person on the phone sounded so uninterested, it's only made me more concerned about the service I'm going to get. Are they even going to bother delivering it at all now?

    I've just got my delivery of wet coal and I'm really let down. I got in touch with customer service and all they said was to dry it in the sun, but that's just not doable in January. I should have checked the reviews first. If I'd known I'd have to dry the coal inside my home for more than a week before I could even use it, I wouldn't have bothered ordering in the first place. It's crazy that I have to go through all this hassle just to make use of the product I forked out for.

    I've been a customer here for a while, and I've always been happy with how they deliver my coal. The drivers are nice and they'll put it wherever I ask. I used to only use this company, but now I've found somewhere else that does the same coal for a lot less money, and they deliver it for free too. It's a shame that this company charges so much more than others for the same thing.

    I wanted to tell you about my experience with the coal delivery before Christmas. I placed my order on the website, expecting it to arrive within 7 working days like everyone else. After waiting for 2 weeks with no updates, I decided to get in touch with customer services.     I was really let down by the customer service from that company. Even though I'm a regular customer, I had a bad time dealing with their team. After my last delivery, I saw that they'd cut the prices of items by about a third. So, I reached out to them to ask if they'd match the new prices, but they said no. Not only that, when I tried to return the items and get my money back within the 14-day guarantee period, they made it really difficult. The manager even refused to talk to me on the phone, which I thought was really unprofessional. And then, to top it all off, the woman I spoke to compared my worries to something as small as a trip to Tesco, which I found totally unacceptable. All in all, my experience with them was a real let-down and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    I decided to place an order for coal from your company because my usual local supplier was charging a lot more. The process of ordering was really easy and I liked that your prices are affordable. I ordered ten bags of brazier for my first order, and they arrived exactly when they were supposed to, in ten working days. The delivery went smoothly and the driver went above and beyond by emptying the bags into my bunker. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated the driver was, quietly completing the delivery without causing any problems. Even though I might not need more coal this season, I will definitely use your services again next winter.

    I ordered some coal and wood and it took 5 days for the delivery to arrive. The driver was really helpful, he put everything in my garden and even brought some sacks of wood right next to my fire. It was a big help because I struggle to move around.     I can't understand all the bad reviews I've seen; my time with this company has been really good. I've bought coal from them twice, and each time it arrived quickly and the driver was friendly and polite, they even put it in my bunker for me. No other company I've used offers a two-hour delivery slot like they do, and they always stick to it. The fuel is top-notch quality, and their prices are very competitive. To be honest, I think some people just like moaning for no reason.

    We wrote to them today stating, May we ask, do you know how poor the coal deliveries are ? And how uncaring and poor the telephone help is ?
    We have now been waiting since 13 December 2023 for our coal delivery and the ... the phone just could not care less and treats it almost as a joke, if I ran your company I would certainly want to know how poorly customers are being treated, we have now been told this morning that the coal will not be this week, likely it will not be next week either, so we are looking at 23rd Jan onwards for a 13 December delivery ! How is that Justified, if I was a boss reading this i'd be embarrassed.
