I recently bought some wine from this company, and I must say, I was really impressed with their customer service. I accidentally ordered a bit less than the minimum amount needed for the offer, but when I sent them an email about it, they sorted everything out quickly and effectively to make me happy. Whiskey purchase for family member in Malta
I have to say, the service at this wine company was absolutely exceptional. I decided to get a bottle of whisky for a relative living in Malta all the way from the UK, and everything went really smoothly. I was really impressed with how well they looked after me, especially Mark Borg who was just so lovely and helpful during the whole process. He gave me all the details I needed and made sure my order was sorted and sent out quickly. I can definitely see myself using this company again down the line.
Wine delivery
I had an absolutely dreadful experience with the delivery service. The driver said my order was delivered when I'd been at home all day and no one had even rung the doorbell. Then they tried to deliver it again at 8 am without warning, which is just not on. I won't be ordering from this company again. Hopefully, their branch in BATH is more competent than this.
