I was riding to work on this thing this morning and it still glides along — proper smooth, comfy stance, I actually enjoy the commute. Problem is when the wheels started wearing out the company had already switched to a new model and spares for mine were gone. Bit annoying, felt a tad ripped off. Managed to bodge on some generic wheels and it’s fine again, so I’m pleased but cautious — won’t blindly buy the next upgrade.
Lovely ride, soggy ending
There I was, weeks into having it and wondering if I'd wasted money — I bought the board because my dodgy back makes walking painful and I needed something to commute without hobbling. I hesitated over the 'waterproof motors' claim, but the board rode brilliantly at first. Then the motors rusted and died after wet commutes. I still grin when it glides, but customer service couldn't sort me a decent deal, so that niggle stuck around.
Surprisingly handy ride
really pleased — mid-ride yesterday I realised it's my go-to for nipping to shops and weekend mess abouts. I ordered after seeing a 40–45 business day option to Denmark and picked a German shipment instead. It turned up in three days, which surprised me. I use it for quick commutes and shopping; needed a quick wheel tweak and a tiny scratch showed up, but it rides solid and makes me look slightly less lazy.
Good ride, bad aftercare
smooth, plenty of punch, I actually liked it. Then after only a few days the second motor died. Support is email-only; they sent a replacement part that didn't help and shipped it slow, nearly a week. They refused overnight or a board swap. Two weeks on, still no fix.
Rough start, decent finish
When the board first turned up I was annoyed — the battery was dead and a few bits had snapped off in transit. I needed this for my daily commute because my back’s been playing up and I was sceptical after a bad experience before. Shipping replacement batteries clearly isn’t simple, so it took a little while. Still, Adi in customer service sorted things out quickly and kept me informed. That shifted my doubt to relief. Not perfect, but service and support made it usable again.
Nice delivery, decent support
I first spotted one leaning against a café wall and thought, that looks fun — my mate had one too so I decided to try it and I tipped my sister to have a look. Ordering was simple and the delivery was quicker than I expected; it arrived well packed and I was already riding within a couple of days. Later I did run into battery and motor problems, and yes, that was annoying, but the customer service team were actually very helpful — quick replies, sent replacement parts and guided me through fixes. So overall I'm pleased, a bit frustrated at the faults, but impressed by the support and delivery.
