Recipient of monthly letterbox
Unfortunately a relative was taken by the "reviews" suggesting the product was good. Last year I received six monthly deliveries of awful flowers, some with bulbs on. Only one month were they worth even putting in a vase and even then nothing like what you woudl get from a florist delivery.
Tied bouquet
Have received flowers from Bloom and Wild in a number of occasions and they have always been beautiful. I decided to send some to a family with a new baby and they were delighted with there flowers on time and excellent quality every time
Gift
I have used you on a number of times especially over the pandemic and have delighted with the flowers and service. But l received a gift from a friend and l am very disappointed the flowers within a day starting to droop, l thought l give them a chance to recover as they usually do but with no success. I don’t normally complain but l felt on this occasion l needed too. 761396073
Received as a gift
A Bunch of dead flowers through the post. We are Supposed to wait a few days/ weeks for them to be enjoyed at their best. Must be Really good marketing as can’t believe my intelligent daughter would fall for that.
FLOWERS WERE A GIFT
I received these lovely flowers as a birthday gift. When opened they really looked like they were sleeping and had slept for a considerable time. However, I did what was recommended and they revived and came awake very quickly and are a beautiful sight. The bouquet has been greatly admired. So thank you Bloom and Wild. I will look forward to sending friends and family a treat such as I have received.
Very many thanks
As I did not purchase the flowers. I have replied to the ordering on the orderers behalfFlowers ,not for me

Really impressed with this company, lots of thought has gone into the whole concept, the flowers do arrive looking like they need a little care but they soon bloom if you cut the stems and pop them straight into the water, lasted two weeks, loved the idea of the little booklet too. Just hope Bloom & Wild are as ethical as they appear.
Very kindly thought Gift of peonies, stocks and snapdragons and grasses
NEGATIVE.
The stocks were squashed and did not recover.
The snapdragons were old and had few florets left, the dead ones having been removed before posting. The greenery is dropping onto my table 24 hours after receipt.
I can hardly be bothered to put them into their proper vase from the "resuscitating(as I would say)//awakening (as they have it)" vase where I have left them for 24 hours after receipt.
I have received their flowers twice before and the first time they were brilliant but last year they were so bad that the company offered by daughter a refund when they saw the photos. I threw 5 stems away but didn't go for the refund as I didn't want to upset the giver. Now wish I had, as this year's lot are bad too and I have decided to tell the sender which is not a nice position to be in.
I couldn't finalise the review without giving Star ratings for things I didn't know about (so chose 3) not having bought the flowers myself. However delivery was poor as they arrived the day after my birthday. From Emma Woollard in Suffolk
Stock and limonium and greenbell bouquet from a family member, after we had an illness. Narrow cardboard letterbox size postable package. Flowers looked shrivelled on opening. But with the sachets of plant food provided, and the good instruction leaflet, they perked up, and the stock in particular has expanded well and been lovely and scented. A very pretty vaseful. Still going strong after a week.
Bunch of dried flowers
First time that I have received flowers from your company. From the outset, it appears that much thought has gone into sourcing, arranging and delivering vibrant and joyful blooms. Environmentally friendly, pretty packaging and informative literature added to my pleasure of receiving flowers despite the sadness of the day.
One suggestion would be, to put an arrow on the box to indicate which way it should be transported as mine were left upside down and the more fragile stems (helichrysum and delphinium) suffered.
Overall, though a happy recipient. Minnie Lamplugh de SmithFlowers stunning arrived when needed from friends, post man put them on the step, instructions clear, flowers needed only a few hours to flourish, colours lovely really looked the festive part

I totally love your packaging which is 100% recyclable. The flowers were beautiful and I will definitely be a friend of yours ...
I received a very sad box of bloom and wild. Can’t find a way to review on their site. Obviously told sender they were lovely but 3 of the 5 roses had bent stems just below the flower so unable to use. Others were squashed and dry. Would never send from this company after this.
