I'm relieved — it wasn't a scam after all, and I'm happy with how it ended. I first saw their stuff on Instagram because a friend tipped me, so I ordered. The parcel was wrongly marked delivered and I spent nearly two weeks emailing, DMing and phoning with barely any reply, which was stressful. In the end they replied and replaced the item; slow, but sorted. Glad it worked out, honestly.
Late refund, mixed feelings
Not brilliant but not a total disaster — I eventually got a partial refund. I needed new pyjamas after a bad night shift and a sore back — had just moved, so rushed. They sent the wrong size and colour and bits were damaged. Took almost a month to sort and they kept eight quid with no explanation. Service was slow, but money came back.
