Properly impressed
I grabbed this a week ago and tried it straight away — it felt, honestly, surprisingly solid in the hand, with smooth buttons and a comfy grip. First unit had a small fault; support asked for a quick video and sent a replacement fast, which was a lovely surprise.
Half a mess, half a save
Not great overall — missing a crucial profile meant I had to sort a replacement myself. I first spotted the Durovin door after a neighbour recommended it and I tipped a mate, but the company wanted £45 for a courier because of their mistake. Oddly, a local DIY shop had the part and that saved me, surprisingly.

they said I'd have to pay return postage or they'd deduct from my refund, even though it wasn't fit for purpose. I ended up buying another enclosure, one that fitted fine. Only after a formal complaint did B&Q step in. Stressful and annoying.
Small bit, big fuss
Funny thing — all I wanted was a tiny chrome trim for the shower and I half expected the usual faff. Box arrived battered, the trim was bent and had a rough nick where it catches the skin. It actually fits and does the job, but I asked for a replacement and they refused because of a 'two-day' rule, then went quiet on emails. For a £10 bit, that felt petty.

Not worth the faff
Don't buy this — that's my short take. I fitted this loo a couple of weeks ago and after twelve years doing plumbing and loads of loos, I was surprised how poorly made it felt. At first it looked fine, box and all, but the waste outlet is oddly shaped and kept weeping no matter what seal I tried. I tried three different fittings and even silicone before I phoned them. They asked for photos and videos (fair enough) but then basically told me to disconnect it, slap silicone on and hold it while it dried — helpful, not. In the end I managed to stop the worst of the leak with a bodge, so it works, but it’s not confidence‑inspiring and the support was weak.
Bit of a faff but glad it worked out in the end
I needed two cisterns for a loo refit — timing was tight because we were mid-renovation and my back was already killing me from lifting tiles. Ordered them on eBay, expected delivery by the end of the month, but then a rep rang saying because I’d bought two they’d need a “specialist courier” and it would be 207 working days. I mean, come on. I argued (I work in e‑commerce, so I knew the score) and they eventually cancelled. Annoying, and the refund took a few extra days which was stressful. In the end I bought the same parts elsewhere and those arrived quickly — solid feel, decent weight, the flush mechanism wasn’t flimsy at all, fitted like a glove. So the product itself was fine, I’m relieved, but the original seller’s handling was terrible. If you’re in a rush, avoid the hassle and buy from someone reliable.
