I've ordered some chair seat covers, but they're taking absolutely ages to arrive! The website said they'd be here within 8-14 days, but it's been much longer than that now. And you know what? Turns out they're actually coming all the way from China, which I had no idea about. I could have just gone to Tesco or Aliexpress and got them much quicker. On top of that, they even charged me extra for delivery without giving me a heads up beforehand. It's just not cool, man.
Bargain deals
I've just bought a few things from the website and managed to nab some really good deals. But, I got a bit muddled when it came to using vouchers to cover delivery costs. It'd be handy if they could make that clearer on the website or at checkout. Cheers.
Easy purchase but delivery costs can add up
I found buying things pretty easy and straightforward. But gotta admit, although the deals are tempting, the extra delivery charges can really push up the total cost, especially if you're getting a few things at once. It kinda takes away from the good value the products offer.

This company is really great to buy stuff from. I recently got this amazing thing and it was such a good deal. The prices were great and the delivery was really fast and easy. I'm definitely going to let all my friends know about it!
Mens Harrington Jacket
If I could give zero stars I would.
The order that I put in, I wanted to complain about, the complaint went to the unreputable company, who has said its within the 14 day delivery, so I suggested it was within the 14day cancellation period. They say that no, once sent, is not able to be cancelled.
The product was for my fathers birthday, did not arrive in time, I had to purchase a second present.
Can't cancel, can't get refund, can't get product within 14 days, GoGroopie should be ashamed of yourselves for advertising companies from China and not stating so.
Then to trust the british public to a company (oberoriz) who is known to scam hundreds, how could they?

Matching leopard necklace and earrings set.
I ordered a matching leopard print necklace and earrings set. I did receive a matching set but it was different to the picture shown. I will keep it as it is nice but beware you may not get exactly what you ordered.

Sofa
Ordered a sofa from website. Supposed to contact me to confirm delivery date. Never did. Raised ticket(s) on their website. No response. Sent them email. No response. Found their 'registered' office phone number. Answer machine referring back to the website. And so on with the endless loop...
Ended up getting both Paypal and the Credit Card Company involved. This is clearly a scam site that relies on the customer giving up. Avoid at all costs!!!!Florence Garden Arch
Can not be trusted, similar experience to many reviews here. Misleading item decriptions, items delivered were different from the pictures. The vendor agreed the return and the refund of 4 identical items. GoGroopie customer service promised the full refund after long delays. But only refunded for 3 orders out of 4 returned orders. When chased they went round and round the circles and still not resolved. I am now asking PayPal to dispute. Don't let them get away as they would keep cheating the consumers.

I have bought at least 6 items in quick succession and had no problems whatsoever. It's quite scary to read about people's awful experiences. But thus far, I am delighted with this company.
3 lots of masks for my family
I received one lot in April, ordered more on 18 th and 19 th May and have emailed several times to no avail. I’m embarrassed as I have told a number friends who have ordered after the admired my masks and they haven’t received their goods either!
Oh no I’ve purchased the masks no update on them but money’s been taken quickly enough. I’m hoping I get them

I have earlier bought two and three things such as shoes and bags a year ago and it was there for a long time and still intact. I later got quite habitual with the store as it features varied kind of products that one usually buy online. So why not here, where you get perfect deals, save a lot of money. The offers since then just got improved and better.
Thank you for your reply to my complaint but I did use my voucher but you charged me three times more . I would be obliged if you would refund £23.97 you have taken from my account. Regards Anne Livie
