First purchase
Buying that thing was pretty straightforward, although that's just what you'd anticipate when parting with some cash. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how things pan out from here.
Item missing order acknowledgment
I recently ordered something from this shop but didn't receive an acknowledgment email. Can you believe it? I had to send an email myself to ask what was going on, and surprisingly, I got a response within 24 hours. The email was so polite that it almost made up for the initial lack of acknowledgment. Let's hope their suppliers are just as efficient. Well, thanks, I suppose.
Earpods purchase
The earpods I got from this site were a total disaster. I bought two, but one came in a broken box and the other had no box at all. When I tried charging one with the cable they gave, it started smoking and caught fire. On top of that, neither of them would connect to Bluetooth. It was a really bad experience and could have been dangerous.
Ear buds for £9.99
I recently bought these awesome ear buds for only £9.99, what a bargain compared to the original price of £150! The delivery took a while, but Tanya was really helpful and got everything sorted. I just need to wait for them to charge up before I can listen to some music. Excited to try them out!
Good value deal
I've just picked up a deal from Go Groopie and I must say, it was a pretty good experience all in all. I managed to grab the item I wanted for a bargain price and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The process of placing my order was easy enough, though I did hit a bit of a snag when I tried to use a voucher. I had to redeem the voucher myself after I'd made my purchase because the system didn't do it automatically.
First-time order
I've placed an order for the first time just to see how it goes. If everything is good, I'll definitely be coming back as a regular customer.
Ordering process
When I ordered from here, I was quite surprised that it took money from my bank account before I even got to the delivery payment part. They really need to explain that better before you place an order. Apart from that, the deals were actually pretty good and everything.
Phone order
I was really looking forward to getting the new phone I ordered, but I haven't received it yet! I tried reaching out to the supplier, but they still haven't got back to me. It feels like waiting forever for something that might never arrive. I just can't wait to have that new phone in my hands, you know?
Unwanted spam emails
I keep getting loads of annoying emails from them every day, even though I've never actually bought anything from them. It's really frustrating and makes me not want to trust a company that just spams like that. I've heard other people complaining about the same thing, so I know it's not just me. I wouldn't bother wasting your time with them!

Bargain Items
I recently got some really cheap bits and bobs, but unfortunately encountered an issue with my order. When I got in touch with the customer service team, I spoke to a woman named Natalie, and she was an absolute star! She quickly resolved the problem and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. I was genuinely blown away by the level of customer service she provided!
Mystery box purchase
I bought a mystery box from this website recently. I've usually had good experiences with their stuff before, but this box was a real let-down. The things inside were really cheap and not worth what I paid. Despite that, I'll still shop with them for other stuff based on my past buys.

So, I brought something from this shop and it was really simple to do, you know. But then I had to pay for delivery on top and use these red vouchers and I was like, what even is this? Why can't it all just be together, you know what I mean? Just make it easier for us, mate. One step, boom, sorted.
Sofa cover for two seater
I recently purchased a cover for my two-seater sofa, but I accidentally ended up paying for it twice. I would like a refund for the extra payment of £12.99 that I made on the 12th of April 2024. Unfortunately, when I tried to reorder, I couldn't locate my voucher and the first order didn't arrive. Despite these issues, I really like the products and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
Unclear transaction
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The whole process of buying something from them was so confusing and unclear. I only decided to buy the item because they said it was cheaper than anywhere else, and Google said I'd get free delivery. But, after I'd made the payment with PayPal, they hit me with another invoice for delivery costs. It ended up being way more expensive than I thought it would be. And then, after I paid for the delivery, all I got was an email confirming that payment - no info about the product I'd actually bought or when it would arrive. I'll give it a few more days to see if anything turns up, but if not, I'll have to go to PayPal to get my money back.
Chair seat covers
I've ordered some chair seat covers, but they're taking absolutely ages to arrive! The website said they'd be here within 8-14 days, but it's been much longer than that now. And you know what? Turns out they're actually coming all the way from China, which I had no idea about. I could have just gone to Tesco or Aliexpress and got them much quicker. On top of that, they even charged me extra for delivery without giving me a heads up beforehand. It's just not cool, man.
Bargain deals
I've just bought a few things from the website and managed to nab some really good deals. But, I got a bit muddled when it came to using vouchers to cover delivery costs. It'd be handy if they could make that clearer on the website or at checkout. Cheers.
Easy purchase but delivery costs can add up
I found buying things pretty easy and straightforward. But gotta admit, although the deals are tempting, the extra delivery charges can really push up the total cost, especially if you're getting a few things at once. It kinda takes away from the good value the products offer.

This company is really great to buy stuff from. I recently got this amazing thing and it was such a good deal. The prices were great and the delivery was really fast and easy. I'm definitely going to let all my friends know about it!
Mens Harrington Jacket
If I could give zero stars I would.
The order that I put in, I wanted to complain about, the complaint went to the unreputable company, who has said its within the 14 day delivery, so I suggested it was within the 14day cancellation period. They say that no, once sent, is not able to be cancelled.
The product was for my fathers birthday, did not arrive in time, I had to purchase a second present.
Can't cancel, can't get refund, can't get product within 14 days, GoGroopie should be ashamed of yourselves for advertising companies from China and not stating so.
Then to trust the british public to a company (oberoriz) who is known to scam hundreds, how could they?
