the site looks tidy and the purchase went through without faff. But a few days later the account was taken back by the seller and that was that. I contacted support and they sounded sympathetic, but they never actually did anything useful — they just echoed the seller's story and closed the case. So yeah, tidy website, quick transaction, but no real protection. If you like a bit of risk and can afford to lose money, go ahead; otherwise don’t bother. It’s a shame because it could work if they actually investigated claims properly. I won’t be using them again.
Halfway through the VIP hype

Not what I expected

I asked for the money back to my bank account instead and then... silence. I’ve chased them every day for three or four days and had nothing but radio silence. Delivery was slow and customer service unhelpful, which is annoying when you need an item for everyday use. I’d consider trying again only if their communication actually improved, otherwise I’ll look elsewhere next time.

That odd relief when a chat actually helps

Worth mentioning: the system may flag certain transactions and ask for a photo of your card ID — they say they only need your name and date of birth, which felt reasonable but I can see why some people balk. I’ve had worse silence from other sellers, so this was a decent surprise. Bit of faff, but helpful human service made the difference and I’d buy here again, despite the hoops.
Odd ID requests
I went in thinking this would be a quick buy — wanted a couple of game keys, basket came to about £100–£120, looked normal at checkout. I had a niggle about the site asking me to create an account but shrugged and paid. That initial doubt didn't go away when I immediately got a "purchase on hold" email asking me to re-enter the same details I'd already given. Fine, I filled it in, then another message asked for screenshots of passport/driver's licence, a photo of my card and other proof with a handwritten code and today's date. That crossed a line for me. First impressions had been fine — decent prices, clean layout — but the ID requests felt excessive and very invasive. I stopped before uploading anything and am still waiting to hear if they'll refund me. So, trust not restored; could be legitimate security checks, or could be overkill. Not the smooth experience I wanted.
Misleading key, happy-ish ending
“There was an issue with your code activation.” Support’s reply was blunt and factual: because I hadn’t bought Purchase Protection, they wouldn’t help. Fair enough, except the point is they sold something that didn’t work. After a few messages I said I’d open a chargeback and they then offered to relist the key and, if another customer bought it and reported no problems, I’d get a refund in their site balance. Sounds daft, but that’s what happened. The moment I was actually satisfied was when the K4G balance showed up — not a full cash refund, and not ideal, but it resolved the immediate problem and I could at least use the money on the site. So yes, not great, and it took persistence; the whole exchange felt like a runaround, and they shouldn’t be able to sell dud keys without clearer safeguards. If you use this place, buy the Purchase Protection or be ready to fight for what you paid for. I’m still not recommending them, but the partial resolution was enough for me — imperfect, but usable.
