All in all, I'm really chuffed — it saved me cash and everything just worked out. I paid through PayPal, received a confirmation straight away and after that I went back into my account, copied the CD key and redeemed it. The site keeps your past purchases in a library, which is oddly comforting; even when I was worried later on, the key was still there. I redeemed, installed and was playing within minutes. Prices were often lower than Steam, even during their sales, so it felt like a proper bargain. Having had a rotten experience with sellers who hawk accounts, I appreciate that you actually own the game via a code. Do check the refund policy though — codes are usually final — and be aware region-locked keys might need a VPN. Overall I'm relieved and happy it was so straightforward, and I'd use them again next time, without hesitation.
