I bought a present for Father's Day and it arrived all squashed in a bubble wrap envelope. Now I have to send it back because the box got all crumpled. It's pretty annoying, to be honest.
Sci-fi merchandise
I recently bought some sci-fi stuff from this shop and I have to say, it was a brilliant experience all round. The range of products was spot on for my tastes, and the staff were really nice and knew their stuff about what they had in store. The shop had a really welcoming vibe, and I felt relaxed as I looked around and chose what I wanted. The quality of the stuff was top-notch too, which I liked as someone who cares about what I buy. All in all, I was really happy with my shopping trip to this store.
Funky gadgets
So, I was thinking of getting some cool gadgets from this place, but honestly, the customer service was terrible! They weren't helpful at all when I needed to return something because it was faulty. I mean, seriously, they need to step it up! I'll definitely steer clear of this place from now on.
Glow-in-the-dark slime
I was really excited when my glow-in-the-dark slime arrived really quickly, even though I only went for the standard delivery. The company completely surprised me with their fast service, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The only downside was that the slime wasn't as stretchy as I had expected, so I wish there was more information about it on their website. Overall, I give them a high-five for being amazing!
Funko Pop collectable
I was really disappointed with the recent purchase I made from that store. It was my first time ordering from there and honestly, it will also be my last. I got myself a Funko Pop collectable and when it arrived, the box it was in looked like it had been through a proper ordeal. It was all dented, ripped, and crushed in the corners. Inside, the Funko Pop was covered in bubble wrap, but it was obvious that someone had opened it before without a care in the world, ending up with a torn box and a squished corner. The way they handled and kept the product was just terrible. It felt more like I had bought something from a jumble sale rather than a proper shop.
BBQ Tools, mug, and wine glass
I can't believe how quickly my order arrived! I ordered a set of BBQ tools, a mug, and a wine glass for my boyfriend as gifts. The delivery was really fast, it arrived in less than 2 days. The packaging was really secure, and the items were really good quality. I was genuinely impressed with the service and will definitely be ordering from here again.
Rare version item
I was really pleased with how quickly my rare version item arrived - it was a nice surprise. When it got here, I was impressed by the quality and the fact that it was in great condition. Getting a rare version made it even more special, so I felt really grateful. I will definitely be coming back to this store for more purchases in the future.
Great range, good prices, fast delivery, well packaged, great quality
I had a really great time shopping here. They have a massive range of products to choose from, so there's something for everyone. The prices were fair, and I managed to find exactly what I wanted at a really good price. The delivery was super fast, and all my items arrived safely packaged and in mint condition. The products looked just like they did in the pictures online and were really good quality. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Typhoon speaker purchase
The typhoon speaker I bought from this shop was really good value for money. It arrived quickly, within 24 hours of ordering, which I thought was pretty impressive. The sound quality of the speaker is brilliant, and I'm really happy with my purchase.
Cool toy
I really love this shop! They're so great at letting me know when my toy is going to arrive and then sending it out really fast once it's here. The folks working there are just fantastic!
Well packaged, great delivery service, excellent quality product
I recently bought something from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The item arrived well packaged, and the delivery was top-notch. The product itself was great quality, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I didn't have any problems at all with the product, and all in all, I'm really happy with how everything turned out.
Hasnt arrived
Terrible company. Avoid at all coste
2 drones
Ordered two Red Hawk drones on line from Menkind, one at £119.00 which was in stock, one at £149, not in stock but due to be delivered on 4th December. Received an e mail on 18th November saying unable to get the funds from my card.
Unable to contact by phone as kept getting cut off. Called Livingstone branch who confirmed the order was in their books and it was paid for, it has also went out from my bank account, but as it was done on line I
would have to contact customer services, which I have been constantly trying to do. Also e mailed customer services, no reply. I would advise anybody to think twice about ordering any product from this company.Hoverboard Red5
The hoverboard stopped working after 1 week. I have reported the fault numerous times with Menkind who continually promised to contact me to arrange a DPD pickup, but I have never recieved a call back. Definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will never purchase from their website again.
Poor customer service
My son ordered a drone as a Christmas present for his dad, this arrived faulty and we contacted customer service who said to return it. We asked for the replacement to be sent direct to us as we do not live near our son. The online operator said this would be done - unfortunately it didnt happen and went back to our son who had to pay P&P to post it to us. The operator apologised and said the P&P would be refunded to our son, this never happened despite various requests to the same operator. They did not bother to reply and we would not recommend MenKind to anyone.
COOLEST PLACE TO BUY GIFTS
Buying gifts for boyfriend is one of the difficult things i did, on Joe's birthday, I decided to gift him something. i searched so many shops and websites but o got literally nothing at the end. also, getting something he likes is next to impossible. however, at last, i found mankind and i must say, its great option for all those girls who are looking for gifts which their husband or bf like. this is a collection of best gifts and coolest gadgets at goood rate. i saved my time and money, both here. not just that the delivery option is great and i can get my parcel on earliest. Seriously, recommended to everyone.
