I’m overall happy with the order, even if the delivery was a bit of a faff. The checkout was smooth and the tracking looked fine at first, so I thought job done. Nothing turned up on the day they promised though. Then a call later saying there was an attempted delivery. I’d already agreed with someone on the phone to leave it at my workplace, to save me hanging around, but the driver turned up at my house again. We’ve been going back and forth about a failed delivery and a charge I don’t really think I should have to pay. I ended up paying to avoid more hassle. The person I spoke to even has a name and number, but they haven’t followed up. That said, the item itself is useful in my daily routine — I use it at work every day — and it’s done what I need, despite the bumps.
Kept me posted — and that mattered
I almost gave up on the delivery and bought elsewhere, but glad I didn't. Ordered home gym bits during lockdown and, as you’d expect, there was a delay of a few weeks. What stood out was their customer service. They offered a refund straightaway, which was fair, but I said I could wait. After that they pinged me regularly — not spammy, just useful updates whenever there was news. That made the wait bearable and actually quite reassuring. Having had much worse silence from other companies in the past, this felt like a proper refresh. The kit arrived in good nick and works fine. Not perfect timing, but the communication really made the difference. Pretty pleased overall — felt cared for.
