This is the something I never Saw - surprise your loveones
I never knew that such kind of website or organisation exist. It was my father's birthday and I was looking forward to do something special for him. Unfortunately something came up and everthing get messed.
One of the my friend told me about yoursurprise, these guys sell lot of personalized items, products and lot of stuff to gift. They make sure your love one get happy and surprised of the gift. And I got lot of ideas online, lot of gifts that amused me
so I took my time to talk to them and book something very special.
I got a huge persoalized poster of me and my father. I got it hanged in his room, it was huge and beautfiul.

Absolutely perfect arrived on date stated. Would highly recommend my pendant is beautiful.

Item never arrived, then they said they would send a replacement and the tracking number for the in the email for the replacement was supposed to be live after 24 hours. 3 days after they sent me the tracking number DHL 3 days do not recognise the number.
Emailed them countless times asking for the correct tracking number but they fob me off with with the reply that my item is in the post.
Probably the worst online company I have ever dealt with.
Steer clear !Box of chocolates
Bought a present for my friend birthday and she got another product from somebody else. They didn't refund the money and send a replacement 1 week after her bday.
The chocolates for 17 pounds are super small so not great quality-size-price relation.
They offered a 4.95 voucher that I dont want cause their website is a waste of money.

I am extremly disappointed with my order. The order took over 2 weeks to arrive and when I picked it up from my mailbox, I could hear the insides rattle. I opened the box up and the engraved glass was completely shattered and the wooden box was in pieces (3 of the 4 sides were broken). This was a Christmas gift for a family member and now I need to scramble to find another gift. It's shocking how there was no packing (bubble wrap) or anything inside the wooden box or around the GLASS! I am honestly not sure how everything you ship (if it similar to what I received) does not end up in complete pieces. There is no way you can blame the courier for a glass item that had NO BUBBLE WRAP OR PACKING MATERIAL around it! That is absolutely absurd to think that it would survive banging around in a wooden box.
I contacted support and was offered a refund or remake of the glass (and after another email of complaining), the representative offered a full refund.
Nonetheless, even with the full refund - I would not shop with this company again nor would I reccomend them - due to extremely long delivery (18 days, including weekends) and absolutely awful packing of glasswear inside a wooden box (shipping halfway across the world, from Netherlands to Texas, US).Inlay
Terrible customer service, was messaging with them on messenger hours before black friday started, even put an order through at that time. I was given no notice from the person at the other end that a black friday sale was due to start in a few hours (no adverts either). I tried to cancel my order after finding out about the sale but it was too late, it has already gone into production and shipped out. Complained on messenger only to recieve a smartarse response saying that they are not require to communicate offers before they are live! Disgraceful! Had i known about the black friday sale i would have waited and saved 40% off for the same item i ordered.
Gift never arrived. Awful customer service. Expected me to track gift down myself!
My gift which I ordered some time ago, was due to be delivered thr latest yesterday, so I (as you do) ring up customer services to find just where this delivery of mine is. The unhelpful, sarcastic customer service advisor tells me "well I don't know?" followed by a laugh, explaining she only knows there's a problem with a delivery when a customer calls up to complain. Helpful! Following from the not so helpful call this morning, I was expecting at least a confirmation that they were going to fully refund me the gift. Not only that, there was absolutely no help in either tracking gift down, and finding out what exactly happened to it?! All that seemed to happen on the call was that the CUSTOMER SERVICE advisor did not seem too happy that she had to deal with an unhappy customer on the phone? Pathetic. Good luck ordering from this joke of a company.
