I wanted to update my policy recently and I have to say, the customer service was really great. The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy for me. She was patient and took the time to explain everything to me before making any changes. I was really impressed by how quick and simple the whole thing was. Overall, I'm really happy with the service I received.

Dreadful. Their sales service is excellent. Once they have your money, they don't want to know.

This time I had taken this insurance for long stay .At a very unknown and unsafe location near Afganistan.
