I was really impressed with the customer service I got. It was quick and easy to speak to a real person. The lady who helped me was great - she sorted out my problems fast and made me feel at ease. Her friendly and confident manner made me confident that my issue would be dealt with properly. She listened well and gave me clear solutions. I was really happy with the service I got.
Quick and easy insurance purchase
The customer service rep I had a chat with was absolutely brilliant, even though the phone signal was a bit dodgy. She was really patient and helpful, making sure my problem was sorted out smoothly. I was genuinely impressed by the great customer service she gave me.
Insurance purchase difficulty
I had a nightmare trying to do my insurance online, especially with all the hassle of talking about my medical stuff. I mean, seriously? Just because I have some eye drops on prescription, they want to charge me more? It's a bit crazy if you ask me. Luckily, the guy I chatted with on the phone was really nice and gave me all the info I needed. But still, it's not something I'll forget in a hurry.

Insurance purchase gone wrong
I've never had such a bad experience with an insurance company before. It was such a hassle going back and forth with emails, only to end up being sent to their recommended hospital for a scan that turned out to be a waste of time. I waited all day for them to send proof of payment, and I ended up feeling frustrated and let down. On top of that, I had to buy my own crutches and now they want me to pay my excess for a doctor's appointment to get a fit to fly certificate so I can come back to the UK for NHS services and avoid medical fees. The service was absolutely terrible, I'd advise you to avoid this company.
