    PLEASE PLEASE avoid this hotel, we read the reviews and thought 'Oh someone's having a bad day and got it in for the hotel'
    But this not the case my daughter is in Salou, Spain as we speak. We are not a fussy family so thought we would be fine, but after first day my daughter and her family got sickness and diarrhea, they could not eat the food there or swim in the pool again.
    Food is watered down, she loves food but could not take what was on offer,
    The outdoor pool is littered with all sorts of ... floating in it, and she has had to buy strong pain relief because the beds are not fit for purpose.
    In fact the whole hotel is not fit for purpose and Jet2 Holidays should be ashamed of themselves taking hard earnt money from customers for this place.
    But there not in fact they are rude and extremely unhelpful, it is a great company if all goes well but when it does not and you need there help, they turn their backs on you in a flash! I have been using Jet2 Holidays for years never needed them only for damaged goods which you never get replaced or money back for but that's a different story.
    WE have been trying to get my daughter moved for two days, they said they would put her in another hotel for an extra 500 euros, she has 4 days left.
    I have left a lot of the way Jet2 Holidays has treated my daughter, spoken to her and reduced her to tears as it probably is not useful to you as readers.
    But Please stay away from this hotel all the bad reviews are legitimate and true it's truly awful and dangerous and once your out there Jet2 Holidays leave you in the ..., nobody deserves that. I will be putting this out to as many sites as possible and ITV
    We did ask Jet2 for help first but they shut us down.

I have tried emailing and they send a link as if you are just buying insurance. Tried chat and got nothing. Think I’m going to cancel what happens if your away and you get this sort of response disgusting customer service. By the way the stars are a lie I wanted to put none but it wouldn’t let me

    Jet2 cancelled my holiday in June to Greece .

    Jet2 rock insurance will only pay 50% insurance back for a covid cancelled holiday, and will take up to 8 weeks for this to appear in my bank.
    Was told it was my fault for not ringing. Feel a bit let down, even thought a voicemail message said not to ring the insurance company Jet2 will be in touch.
