Home insurance purchase
The company's service really let us down, to be honest. Buying home insurance was easy enough, but when we needed help, it was a struggle. It took ages to even get someone on the phone, and they kept pushing us to use their websites and apps instead. Unfortunately, trying to contact them online didn't work, so we were left stuck in tough spots. It was annoying and just wasted time, relying on the internet instead of being able to talk to someone right away was not good at all.

I have to admit, I was really impressed with the service I got when buying home insurance. Everything went really smoothly and I felt like they really listened to me and got me the right cover. The staff were so helpful and paid attention to all the little details. All in all, it was a great experience and I feel good about my choice.
