    It's such a relief to have found a company that actually keeps their promises in rural areas like West Wales. I felt really valued as a customer throughout my whole experience, which is something you don't always get nowadays with big, impersonal companies.     Well, you know, I popped into this post office to sort out some travel money for our family holiday. But goodness me, the woman at the counter was incredibly rude! I had to wait ages, and she didn't even acknowledge me. I had to actually ask if she was free, and then she made me wait even more! It's just basic manners, isn't it? Needless to say, I left and got my travel money from somewhere else.

    I'm really disappointed with the service from this place. I sent a small envelope on Wednesday morning, paying extra for next day delivery before 1pm. But it's now Friday and the tracking still shows the item hasn't even left the shop. When I contacted the shop, they just told me to speak to Royal Mail. They gave me a complaint number to use. This whole thing has really disappointed me and left me feeling frustrated with the service I've received.

    The other day, I had to wait in all morning because someone said they would pick something up between 10.09 and 1.09. But you know what? No one showed up! What a waste of my day! It's no wonder why some people think The Post Office/Royal Mail is their last choice! They should definitely lose their Royal status.

    I've actually sent them two complaints - one way back in March, and another just last month. But you know what? They couldn't even be bothered to reply. Supposedly they say they respond within 10 days, but honestly, that's a load of rubbish. It's an absolute joke of a service, honestly!

    As someone who bought international package insurance not long ago, I am really let down by the service I got. I posted an iPhone overseas and after 20 days, it still hadn't arrived. When I tried to claim on the insurance to get money back for my phone, I came up against lots of problems and waits. It was really annoying and took up a lot of time trying to get my phone's worth back after paying for insurance. All in all, I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone wanting dependable coverage for their important things.

    So, I was trying to sort out some insurance, you know? But honestly, it was a complete disaster. They really need to sort themselves out. The whole thing was a nightmare! I mean, it took forever just to work out how to buy the insurance in the first place. And then, when I finally managed it, it was all over the place. The service was really terrible, honestly.     This place is absolutely terrible! I went to the post office with my small parcel, and the person at the counter completely messed up the postage. They charged me way more than they should have for a large letter, even though it clearly met the size and weight requirements for a small parcel. This sort of thing happens far too often here, can you imagine? I even wrote a description on the parcel to make it easier for them, but they still got it wrong. And when I tried to complain, they didn't even bother responding. It's honestly the worst service I've ever experienced!

    Glass picture purchase

    I bought this glass picture that was 30cm x 30cm recently. It came in a really sturdy package, wrapped in bubble wrap and solid cardboard, then wrapped again in bubble wrap. They even put 'Fragile' tape all over it and sent it out for 1st Class Tracked Guaranteed next day delivery. But when it finally arrived two days later, it was completely smashed. This was supposed to be a present for my Dad's 90th birthday, so you can imagine how gutted I was when I saw it.
