RAC Insurance SAVED US !!!
I have been intact with RAC for last 5 years and since then, I feel assured when it comes the security of my family and belongings. My home got covered with home insurance along with the belongings inside.
Actually, I never thought home insurance will become so important to us or every actually work for us when I earlier have gone for it. It was suggested by my father to do so.
last year, my house caught on fire, luckily my family wasn't at home. but hall and one room got burnt before fire brigade came. But RAC insurance literally saved us at that time. Until our ome get renovated, they provided us an alternative home. Our expenses on renovation got covered and all happened without any complicated process. As we all were disturbed at that time. RAC really got my family and home covered.
I am even looking forward to go with their more products.

I'm really disappointed with the tyre replacement service I received from you recently. I made a complaint and a claim over a week ago and I've followed up multiple times since then, only to be ignored and told to keep waiting. It's been very inconvenient for me as I've had to go to the garage three times and spent over an hour and a half on the phone, all for a slow puncture problem. The lack of communication and efficiency in dealing with my claim has been really frustrating. It shouldn't be this difficult to sort out a simple issue like a tyre replacement.
