I was really disappointed with the customer service from this company. I got in touch with them because my elderly mother needed help with an insurance claim and I was hoping they could sort it out for us. Even though the person I spoke to was nice, they couldn't figure out how to actually help us. Then, the email they sent afterwards said they had dealt with my "complaint," when all I wanted was some assistance. The system seemed to tie their hands and prevent any progress towards fixing the problem. On top of all that, they wanted to hike up the rates by a massive 83%, which I thought was totally out of order. Thankfully, we managed to sort everything out without their involvement in the end.

I had a bit of trouble with my car insurance, mate. The registration details got all mixed up and when I tried to correct it, they tried to charge me extra! Can you believe that? I managed to sort it out online by myself, but honestly, their customer service is terrible. I made a complaint, but didn't even get a response. Definitely won't be renewing with them again!
