Monthly policy with high admin charges
This company is a complete nightmare to deal with. The admin staff doesn't communicate properly and threatens you with cancellation at the drop of a hat. And don't even get me started on the ridiculous admin charges they'll try to hit you with!

I have to admit, the options they gave me for my insurance policy were really clear and easy to understand. But you know what they say, the real test will come if I ever have to make a claim. Fingers crossed I never have to put it to the test and it does what it says on the tin.

None of these companies could actually help me, and they closed my case early because they didn't see it as worth their time to deal with my minor damage. I ended up spending a lot of time trying to contact them, only to get more and more frustrated by their unhelpful responses. Even though their prices were lower than other options, it just wasn't worth the hassle unless you've never had to make a claim before.

But the woman on the phone didn't seem to get what I was saying and instead only took a month's payment from my bank account. When I asked about it, she just said to give it a week before calling back. It was really annoying and left me feeling puzzled as to why I couldn't just pay it all in one go like I planned. It was a hassle that caught me off guard and I definitely didn't like it.
