I just wanted to say how happy I am with the product I got from Aerosus and how smoothly everything went with the delivery. I have to admit, I was a bit worried at first because of some bad reviews, thinking it might be a scam. But I was pleasantly surprised when everything went so well. Purchased air springs for Mercedes E-Class S212
I recently got some air springs for my Mercedes E-Class S212 and I was pretty happy with how quickly they arrived and the good quality. Air bags for BMW 530D Touring

Phaeton shock replacement
I just wanted to give a big shoutout to the team over at Aerosus for sorting out my warranty claim on the shocks I bought for my VW Phaeton. After 23 months, they began to lose air, but Aerosus were really quick to respond. I submitted a ticket, they organised collection, and once they inspected the shocks, I was sent replacements. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received. I am now a devoted customer and will definitely be getting shocks for my Range Rover from Aerosus in the future!
Wrong part returned, correct part arrived
I messed up and got the wrong part from Aerosus at first, but they were really quick to sort out the return and sent me all the forms I needed to send it back using the same courier. The right part arrived in the meantime and my mechanic already has it for fitting. Big thanks to Aerosus for being so efficient and helpful!
Compressor and two new air bags for my F11 air suspension.
I recently bought a compressor and two new air bags for my F11 air suspension from this company. The customer service and technical help I received were top-notch in making sure I got the right parts for my vehicle. The delivery took a bit longer as the parts came from Germany, but everything fit perfectly and seems to be really good quality. The prices were much more reasonable than buying from the original BMW manufacturer. I'm hoping these parts hold up well and keep working great for a long time.

Hey folks, I wanted to share my experience with Aerosus and their poor quality parts.
I have bought a pair of rear air springs for my E-CLASS, after 3 months, left hand side failed and had it replaced under warranty (of course I had to buy another one first at my own cost, and get a refund once faulty one was sent back). Let alone the labour cost of fitting the pair first time around. Also labour cost to replace the failed one.
Five months since the original purchase/instalment the right hand side failed, exactly the same failure as the left hand side.
After speaking with Aerosus requesting a full refund as I am not happy with the quality obviously having to replace the air spring every 3 to 5 months, which is costing me a fortune in labourer. They said that a refund its not possible against they warranty rules, but to replace it again.
So now I am having to go through the same pain as 2 months ago, of buying another part wait for it to turn up, then book the car into the garage to replace it. Then return faulty one back and wait 2 weeks or more for the refund.
Finally, after 2 years and 3 months - (just after the warranty period), both air bags badly failed and I am having to source new parts from elsewhere of course - never again AEROSUS parts. This is putting me through a situation where I need my car off the road for for sometime and having to pay for new parts plus labour over and over again.
What a waste of time and money this company is….
Their parts quality is awful and not worth a penny…..
