On a drizzly Saturday I first tried this — picked it up in February 2023 and have used it for about five months, not every day but on short walks maybe two or three times a week. Delivery was actually quick and the box arrived tidy, which I really appreciated. First impression was good — feels solid and made those walks nicer. Customer service was a bit disappointing though; replies sounded canned and they pointed to a 90‑day warranty, so after that they couldn’t help. Still, overall I’m glad I bought it.

Not built to last, sadly
not worth it if you expect anything to last. I bought a 13' x 10' gazebo and a seven-piece wicker furniture set for about $920 and at first I loved it — looked great, sat well, decent value. Then things went downhill. After about six months the wicker had faded badly, like someone left it out in the sun for years; by just over a year the canopy started tearing where the poles meet. I rang them up, sent timestamped photos, asked if I could buy a replacement canopy and they basically said two things: they don't sell a spare canopy for that model, and their warranty stops after 366 days. I asked for a manager and never heard back. It's annoying — I could've accepted wear if they'd helped, but for the price and for barely a year of use, it's disappointing. My advice: check warranty and materials, or save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
Trundle bed
Cannot speak to the quality of the product but received shocking service. I ordered a bed for my 36 year old brother in law to return to some comfort following further treatment after a 3 year battle with cancer. Heartbreakingly, we lost my handsome brother in law and the bed was never built.
I phoned Aosom who advised to email. Brief condolences were offered before advising that the reason was not sufficient to return the bed and I could only do so at my own cost.
A very kind work contact took it upon themselves and at their cost to handle the return for me. Unfortunately the address and contact number for return does not exist. A second one was given over the phone. The delivery was refused. I was then given the first address again via email. I arranged for the bed to be returned to me.
It will now go to someone in need at my cost.

I first spotted this pet enclosure on Instagram after a mate sent me the link — looked solid in the photos and I could already picture it in the garden for the rabbit. I paid with Afterpay in May, the instalments came out fine, and then the order was cancelled the same day without any proper notice. I only found out when I chased up tracking a few days later. So I never actually saw or used the thing; everything I liked about it was from the pics and specs. I emailed and phoned several times, asked for a refund and got vague promises instead. One agent even sounded a bit rattled and said they’d fast-track it and call within 24 hours — surprise, no call. It’s dragging on and I’ve had to involve my bank and I’m ready to raise it with Trading Standards if needed. I’m a bit annoyed but also a bit bemused — the product looked like it would’ve been handy, roomy enough, fairly sturdy-looking, easy to assemble in my head — shame it never made it to the garden. If this saves one person the hassle, good. If anyone has tips on pushing refunds faster, send them my way.
Finally working, after a rocky start
nothing sat square, there were no pre-drilled holes for the lock, the guttering looked flimsy, and the automatic window kit couldn’t be attached where it was meant to. Phone number dead, emails bouncing back, I thought I’d been scammed. I kept pushing and, fairly reluctantly, the company sent a senior fitter back to sort it. He stayed half a day, drilled proper holes, replaced the guttering with a sturdier section and re-positioned the bracket for the window opener. That moment — when the door finally locked flush and the automatic vent opened as the sun hit the glass — I relaxed and actually felt satisfied, really. It’s not perfect, communication needs sorting and it was expensive, but once fixed it works well and I do use it every day. So: annoyed at first, relieved in the end. Would recommend, but only if you’re prepared to chase them.
Handy little sofa for a small flat
a damp cloth sorts most marks, which is a relief. Downsides? It’s definitely for small spaces; two average adults and a blanket is about the limit. Also, assembly was fiddly in parts — nothing major but a couple of awkward screws. Delivery was quicker than I’d hoped, which helped the nerves. Overall, practical and comfortable, not flashy, but it does the job and has eased my back a bit (so I’m pleased, quietly).
Cargo trollery
I bought a bike cargo trailer from Aosom, which was average in design and slightly below average in quality but acceptable for the price. Some months later my bike was stolen and the hitch that connects the trailer along with it, rendering the trailer useless. I approached Aosom to BUY another and they just fobbed me off, leaving me with a heap of metal to chuck out. Unbelievably bad customer service – I'll never buy from them again and suggest you don't either.
Value for money products
I recently bought some stuff from this company and I must say, I was really impressed with the value for money. The products were top-notch and even better than I expected. The delivery was super fast and the items were packed really well, so they arrived in perfect condition. I did have a little hiccup with one item missing from my order, but the customer service team sorted it out quickly and the missing item was at my door within 2 days. All in all, I had a great experience with this company and I would definitely recommend them.
Fox-proof Chicken Enclosure
We recently bought a chicken enclosure from this company after a fox attack took out our whole flock. The kit had everything we needed and, even though the instructions needed careful attention, they were clear enough for us to put it up over a few days. The components are top-notch and the construction is really solid - we're really impressed. We're planning to keep our electric fence for extra security. We'll have to wait and see if we're really fox-proof!
Gazebo for static caravan
The transaction went smoothly, it was all pretty straightforward. I bought a 2x2 gazebo for my static caravan, hoping it will fit just right on the decking. I can't wait to enjoy sitting outside, even when it's raining, instead of always being stuck inside the van. Plus, I can picture using it for parties with my grandkids. There are so many ways I can use it, which makes it the ideal addition to my caravan.

This half umbrella is amazing for my kitchen! It fits perfectly in my window where the sun comes in, and it's great for keeping the room cooler on hot days. The build is really strong and the choice of colours is a nice extra touch.
