As someone who shops here a lot, I have to say I've never had any problems with my purchases from this company. The website is really easy to use, so it's simple to find what I'm looking for. Paying is a breeze, and I've never had any issues with transactions going through smoothly. My orders have always been sent out quickly and arrived within a few days. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants top-notch products and great service. I'll definitely be coming back for more.
Outdoor Storage Shed Assembly
The outdoor storage shed I bought was delivered on time and put exactly where I wanted it to go. But putting it together took longer than I thought it would. Getting the cellophane off the parts was a real pain and made the process drag out. It was annoying how the instructions didn't say that you'd need to keep shifting the panels around when putting the shed together in a corner or against a wall. Despite all this, I'm pleased with how the shed turned out.
Cool table and chairs with umbrella
I've just got this really amazing table and chairs set with an umbrella, it's absolutely brilliant! The delivery was spot on and the service was fantastic. The quality of the table and chairs is top-notch. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be buying from here again. I can't wait to spread the word to all my friends and family about this fantastic site!
Damaged table
I'm afraid I've had a bit of a let-down dealing with this damaged table from Aosom. When I took it out of the box, I saw that the polystyrene packaging inside was all smashed up, which ended up damaging the table itself. I got in touch with Aosom through their website right away to let them know what had happened, as they promise to respond within 24 hours on there. But it's been 5 days now and I still haven't heard a peep from them. This lack of communication has really got on my nerves, especially as the return period has passed for the items.
Faulty gazebo
The gazebo I bought was faulty when I tried to put it up. One of the legs wouldn't click into place properly. I got in touch with customer service, sent a quick video to show the problem, and they quickly gave me a refund. Thank goodness for that!
Garden furniture purchase
I came across Aosom when I was looking for some garden furniture and I thought it might not be great, but it turned out to be fantastic! I had to put it together myself, but it was simple and fast. Later on, I purchased some garden lights and covers from them too, which were also really good quality! I would definitely recommend checking out this place for your garden needs.
6 piece rattan garden furniture
Putting together the 6 piece rattan garden furniture was a real challenge, especially the 3-seater sofa and two armchairs. The screws at the back were a nightmare to reach, needing just a quarter turn in really awkward spots. It took forever to assemble everything, making it clear that the furniture was definitely made in China.
Easy navigation and fast delivery
The website was really easy to use, I found exactly what I was after without any bother. The prices were brilliant and the delivery was quick and friendly, just like the review I read. I was pleasantly surprised as I hadn't come across this company before, but I would definitely recommend them and use their services again in the future.
Folding table and chairs set
To be honest, I was a bit unsure about buying furniture online, but I decided to give this folding table and chairs set a go, and I must say, I'm really pleased with it. The quality is better than I expected and the seats are surprisingly comfortable too. Another great thing is the space-saving design for storage when not in use. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely suggest it to anyone in need of a practical and budget-friendly dining set.
Kids Bike, Kids Swing
I ordered and paid for these goods nearly two weeks ago. I received one item after being told twice by the delivery company Hermes that they would deliver at set times, which they did not do.
I am still waiting for the two items missing from my order which were returned by Hermes to Aosom due to the postage on the packages not being acceptable. Aosom have told me that they have re-dispatched these items and they should be delivered within the next 2 days.
The delivery company have contacted me again with the same information that I received with the first aborted delivery, namely, that the parcels are too large for their delivery vehicle and that they will arrange for another delivery vehicle. As this is the second time I have received this information and have still not received my order, I am seriously doubting whether this will happen.
I have to say that the delivery/non-delivery of these goods has been an awful experience. Both of these items are gifts that I had ordered for birthdays that have now happened. Consequently, not only do I still not have these goods which I paid for over 10 days ago, I am extremely disappointed not to be able to provide these items as gifts for my family.
I will post another review on the delivery company's site, which, frankly does not seem to have much effect but would also urge you, as a supplier whose reputation is badly affected by this lack of completion of your order, to reconsider the use of this company.Vinseto office chair
I had searched for ages to replace my old office chair, before finally purchasing pink Vinseto chair, much to my detriment. Seeing it was suitable for small people, I am under 5' tall, opted for this particular model. I'm sure it will be ideal for a young person, but for me has turned out to be the most uncomfortable chair imaginable. The back of the chair has no padded and is very rigid. This must be the worse thing I have ever purchased on-line.

Collappsed when I sat on it although I'm only 13.5 Stones.
Found it impossible to contact Aosom or WISH for a replacement or refund.
I'm disabled and was unable to get up.

I would like to say the machine is ok ,it is exactly what I thought it would be for the money. I'm so disappointed that the noise level is unbearable. Tried wd 40, brought white grease and its getting worse, contacted the company ,so far no response. I know it's not very expensive but it is unusable do to the terrible sounds ..wish I read the reviews to start with, most probably wouldn't have brought it. So if noise doesn't matter to you by all means get it because it's a good machine.

Purchased a small green house with hinged lid in March. Not the best quality but for the price it was ok. But after just over 6 months one of the hinges have broken !!! A very very unhelpful customer service tells me sorry we can not do anything as it was purchased over 6 months ago so there is nothing they can do !! Surely an product which is meant to be used outside should last longer then seven months I did not expect this to be an annual purchase!!. What a terrible policy, clearly they don’t care about customers once they got your money
