    Mattress purchase

    I bought a mattress from that shop not long ago and I must say, the service from Stuart over at the Clydebank branch was top-notch. He was really friendly and seemed to know his stuff, he listened to what I wanted and explained all the choices without trying to pressure me into buying anything. Now that I've been sleeping on the new mattress for a couple of months, I can honestly say it's great quality and super comfy. Highly recommend!

    Bed purchase for elderly mother

    Stevie over at the Cumbernauld branch was just brilliant! He really went the extra mile to help me and my elderly mother pick out the right beds. He was so patient, attentive, and really knew his stuff. Not only did he help us choose the perfect beds, but he made sure everything was sorted with the order and delivery in no time.     The team at Archers Sleepcentre were really helpful and knew their stuff when we popped in. Sharon spent time going over all the bunk bed choices for our lad, making sure we got the right one for his room.     Quick and easy purchase

    Hey there, let me just quickly tell you about my experience at this place. The staff there were absolutely lovely, like the kind of people you'd want to sit down and have a cup of tea with. They were really helpful, making sure to explain all the prices so there wouldn't be any unexpected surprises. I was in and out of there in just 20 minutes with everything I needed.     Bedroom furniture

    I bought some bedroom furniture from this shop recently and I have to say, the staff were really helpful, friendly, and knew their stuff when it came to their products. They gave me all the info I needed to make a good choice with my purchase. Plus, they even gave me a ring to let me know when my stuff was arriving and mentioned that one item might take a bit longer, which actually suited me fine as it gave me more time to spruce up my room. The shop had a good range of furniture on show too, making it easier for me to picture how the pieces would fit in my home.

    I cannot warn people enough about using this organisation. Having experienced frustating difficultes making payment on their website (their provider was at fault) I was sent a separate link to make payment. As an hour or 2 had passed I asked them to confirm my chosen delivery day would still be possible and was assured it would. Like a lot of people I was taking a day off and losing pay, something that is unavoidable so like a lot of people I tend to schedule all deliveries to occur on the same day. Delivery day arrives and I was assured I would receive an email/text with a 2 hour slot early in the morning. Once 11.30 had passed and no message received I contacted the company who informed me matter of factly that my delivery could not possibly happen until 2 days later. Understandably annoyed I pointed out that I would not only be inconvenienced but out of pocket due to needing to be in again for the rescheduled delivery and would therefore require some sort of good will payment. I was very surprised to be told I would receive a 2 man delivery (rather than 1) to offset the inconvenience which carries a retail price of £59. I responded that I would be more than happy to receive a refund of £59 as this seemed to be an acceptable good will cost to the company. I was then told that no refund would happen and that I should be content with my item being delivered 2 days late and with an entirely unnecesary extra human. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told I had no other option as the terms and conditions outlined that there will be no compensation for missed deliveries. On the morning of delivery today I received a text giving me my 3 (not 2 as previously confirmed) delivery window and surprise, surprise delivery happened within the last hour so far too late for me to do anything with my product. I will never use this company again and would recommend that others choose an alternative supplier who has better customer service. I have never been so disgusted with an organisation who have a "you'll just have to put up with our failings" attitude. As you would expect I have retained all the emails/texts involved with this transaction so if any senior member of the organisation wants to use them for training purposes I will be very happy to provide them

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    I have just noticed that the button suggests I would buy from this organisation again despite me resetting it to 'no'.
    TO CONFIRM - I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

    King size Milton metal bed

    Just had my 5 feet Milton bed built last night ,can honestly say without a doubt it's the strongest metal bed I've ever purchased,had a great nights sleep ,and for the price it's amazing ,once again archers thank you so much .just to mention as well girl on telephone was so helpful and lovely ,

    The worst service ever experienced. Got delivery sorted for today, email last night saying delivery time, thus was great. Email this morning saying delivery going to be early - even better. Next email also today advising no delivery as items not sent from supplier for delivery. I phoned Archers only to be told sorry your bed is out of stock won't be back in stock till 14 Dec we forgot to tell you!!!! Will never buy from Archers again

    Ottoman bed

    Purchased a bed after looking at it for over four weeks. First time customer. Delivery day selected for a Monday. No email or tracking email on delivery. Called them and found out times. Took time from work and no delivery. Called them and kept getting told “we will call delivery company and update you”. No return calls had to call them myself. No delivery the next day and then on the third day advised it would come between 8-10. Still no delivery. Shocking and unhelpful customer service and no communication with the customer other than you calling to get an update. Very disappointed so cancelled the order. First time experience and not a satisfied one. In this day and age you should get a tracking email on your delivery. Waste of time!!
