King size Milton metal bed
Just had my 5 feet Milton bed built last night ,can honestly say without a doubt it's the strongest metal bed I've ever purchased,had a great nights sleep ,and for the price it's amazing ,once again archers thank you so much .just to mention as well girl on telephone was so helpful and lovely ,

I have purchased a mattress which was in stock. Few days later I was told that I have to wait 4-5 weeks for it. 5 weeks later it still did not arrive. After calling the company and trying to get the answer to "When will it arrive?" the customer service decided to drop my calls - on purpose. After calling again and requesting the supervisor I was told that they cannot tell me when I will receive my item as their supplier does not have any materials... If I did not reach out I would be kept in the dark. Eventually I have requested my deposit back and cancellation of my order. Awful communication, poor customer service, did not receive my item - stay clear, look for the alternative companies.
Bedstead, mattress and pilloes
The worst service ever experienced. Got delivery sorted for today, email last night saying delivery time, thus was great. Email this morning saying delivery going to be early - even better. Next email also today advising no delivery as items not sent from supplier for delivery. I phoned Archers only to be told sorry your bed is out of stock won't be back in stock till 14 Dec we forgot to tell you!!!! Will never buy from Archers again

2 single divan bases with headboard bolts and wooden legs
My experience of Archers Sleep Centre Auldhouse Glasgow was absolutely appalling ,Both it terms of customer care, staff attitudes ,communication and overall service.
Once purchases were made and paid for ,the company were totally disinterested.One of the two divan bases initially did not have the accompanying legs and despite numerous telephone calls,emails and a formal letter of complaint in terms of the Consumer RightAct 2015,it took a further 13 days for the correct legs to be delivered!I had to insist on receiving a tracking code for Royal to establish the whereabouts of the products and delivery date.Staff were totally disinterested in my plight making impertinent suggestions that I should sleep on mattress on the floor. They continually insisted that the legs had been ordered by first class mail and no order ever appeared.
I would never use this company again nor recommend it to anyone.
Purchased a bed after looking at it for over four weeks. First time customer. Delivery day selected for a Monday. No email or tracking email on delivery. Called them and found out times. Took time from work and no delivery. Called them and kept getting told “we will call delivery company and update you”. No return calls had to call them myself. No delivery the next day and then on the third day advised it would come between 8-10. Still no delivery. Shocking and unhelpful customer service and no communication with the customer other than you calling to get an update. Very disappointed so cancelled the order. First time experience and not a satisfied one. In this day and age you should get a tracking email on your delivery. Waste of time!!
Will never use again. The way the treated my elderly parents is shocking. Sold them faulty mattresses . Parents spent £2000 and were given no information on their new bed being excluded from 60 day guarantee. Avoid
