I really enjoy shopping at this place because they have loads of amazing stuff that you can't find anywhere else. The customer service team is absolutely great and they really went out of their way to make me feel important. I will definitely be returning and spreading the word to all my friends about this place!
Lamp purchase
I bought a pair of lamps from this website, but the bases were missing when they arrived. I have to say, the customer service team did a fantastic job in quickly sorting out the issue and finding the missing parts. Thanks to their hard work, I now have my lamps in full working order.
Damaged Order Replacement
My experience with Archiproducts was a bit of a mixed bag, to be honest. Ordering was easy peasy, but then my order got a bit banged up on its way to me. Still, the support team was brilliant, especially Eleonora. They worked wonders and got me a brand new item sorted out. So, despite the hiccup at the start, I'd definitely give a thumbs up to this company for their top-notch customer service and help.
Applique order delayed twice
I ordered this really cool applique thing and had to wait for 4 weeks, which was fine. But then they messaged me last minute saying it would be another 4 weeks! Can you believe it? All that for just an applique? Sort it out, seriously!

They just won't stop sending me emails even though I've asked nicely several times! I keep telling them to remove me from their list, but they completely ignore me. It's really getting on my nerves! They even wanted an update, but how can I update them if they don't reply at all? It's like trying to talk to a brick wall. And you know what? I'm still receiving those irritating emails. Honestly, why is it so hard for them to comprehend?
Table purchase
The delivery arrived on time and the items were well wrapped. Everything looked just as described. But when I put it all together, I found that one side of the metal rail wasn't attached properly. It was hanging down and only held in place by one screw. Luckily, I had some spare screws so I fixed it myself.
Cool furniture for my room
Oh my goodness! I recently got some amazing furniture for my room from Archiproducts and it's seriously fabulous! The service was absolutely top-notch and the guy who assisted me, let's just call him Antonio De Nicolo (that's definitely not his real name), was a total pro. He took care of every detail from the beginning to the end, ensuring that my room looked incredibly stylish and trendy. We had virtual meetings over Zoom and he was always so attentive, providing the best ideas. I'm truly grateful for everything, my room now looks absolutely stunning!
Small Diabla table
I bought a lovely small Diabla table from Archiproducts, and it fits just right in the space I had in mind. It's the perfect size and design, just what I was after. Sadly, it came with scratches when it first arrived, but the customer service team at Archiproducts was brilliant in sorting it out, and I got a new table in no time. Expensive Outdoor Table Purchase
I bought a pricey outdoor table from Archiproducts which was labelled as an "Outdoor Table" without mentioning not to use it outside. It was disappointing to find no info on how to use it in the listing, making me think it was fine for outdoor use. But in less than a year, the table's glaze cracked, still within the two-year warranty period. When I contacted Archiproducts for warranty help, they said they wouldn't support it, as I invalidated it by using the table outside. This lack of responsibility and refusal to back their products is just not on.
