    20 lights

    I bought 20 lights from this website recently and it didn't go well. The delivery took ages which was so annoying. When the lights finally arrived, they were badly made. There wasn't enough room for the electrical bits, so it was tricky to put them up properly. My electrician had to change a lot of stuff at the back of some lights to make them work. Despite the problems, I decided to keep the lights because they were handmade and looked nice. But I was really disappointed when one of the lights turned out to be a different colour to what I saw in the picture. I was expecting a bright orange but got a boring brownish-orange instead.

    Delayed delivery frustration

    I wanted to share my recent experience with Archiproducts - it was a total letdown. I placed an order on February 9th and was told it would arrive in 2 weeks. But, it got delayed not just once, but twice. It's been almost 2 months now and still no sign of my order. What's really frustrating is that I paid for it upfront, so basically I've paid for something I haven't even got yet. Their delivery estimates on the website are way off and I don't think I'll be relying on them again.

    Furniture for my bedroom

    I checked out some really cool furniture on Archiproducts and thought it would be perfect for my bedroom. When I went to pay using PayPal, it mentioned that the price might be more than what was displayed, so I wasn't sure if that included tax and delivery charges. I reached out and submitted a support ticket to Archiproducts to get some clarification, but I haven't received a response in 48 hours. I even tried giving them a call, but I couldn't get through because no one picked up or the line was engaged. Pretty frustrating stuff, if you ask me!

    Ceiling lamp purchase

    I recently bought a ceiling lamp from Archiproducts and it was a brilliant experience. I was really impressed by the product info on their website, so I decided to go ahead with the purchase, even though it said it would take 25 days for shipping. However, I got an email just 2 weeks later saying that the lamp was ready to be sent out. The delivery went smoothly and the lamp arrived in perfect condition. It looked exactly like it did in the pictures, and there were no problems with the international shipping. The only little issue was that the box was a bit damaged, but thankfully, the lamp itself was fine.

    I'm gutted to say that when my lamp turned up, it was in a right state - totally wrecked. At first, I was a bit concerned about what sort of help I'd get, especially since I didn't know the shop and their customer service was run by a computer. But I was well chuffed when they sent me a replacement real quick, fresh from the makers.     My experience with Archiproducts was a bit of a mixed bag, to be honest. Ordering was easy peasy, but then my order got a bit banged up on its way to me.     I ordered this really cool applique thing and had to wait for 4 weeks, which was fine. But then they messaged me last minute saying it would be another 4 weeks! Can you believe it? All that for just an applique? Sort it out, seriously!

    I recently bought some wall lamps from Archiproducts, specifically the Vienna ones. They were really nice quality and had a lovely design.     They just won't stop sending me emails even though I've asked nicely several times! I keep telling them to remove me from their list, but they completely ignore me. It's really getting on my nerves! They even wanted an update, but how can I update them if they don't reply at all? It's like trying to talk to a brick wall. And you know what? I'm still receiving those irritating emails. Honestly, why is it so hard for them to comprehend?

    The delivery arrived on time and the items were well wrapped. Everything looked just as described. But when I put it all together, I found that one side of the metal rail wasn't attached properly. It was hanging down and only held in place by one screw. Luckily, I had some spare screws so I fixed it myself.

    Oh my goodness! I recently got some amazing furniture for my room from Archiproducts and it's seriously fabulous! The service was absolutely top-notch and the guy who assisted me, let's just call him Antonio De Nicolo (that's definitely not his real name), was a total pro. He took care of every detail from the beginning to the end, ensuring that my room looked incredibly stylish and trendy.     Small Diabla table

    Expensive Outdoor Table Purchase

    I bought a pricey outdoor table from Archiproducts which was labelled as an "Outdoor Table" without mentioning not to use it outside. It was disappointing to find no info on how to use it in the listing, making me think it was fine for outdoor use. But in less than a year, the table's glaze cracked, still within the two-year warranty period. When I contacted Archiproducts for warranty help, they said they wouldn't support it, as I invalidated it by using the table outside. This lack of responsibility and refusal to back their products is just not on.
