Online shopping experience
I wanted to share about my recent online shopping experience, where I needed some help. I sent an email and got a quick response from a friendly and helpful customer service agent. They sorted out my concerns efficiently. Also, when I needed to book a service appointment, they quickly found a good time for me. I was really happy with the service I got overall.
Jewelry
I returned an item using their return label, not thinking I would need to keep a photo of the tracking. They now are lying saying they don't know the tracking on their own label! Says it is my fault. They have my return and I'm out $500! had to open a dispute with my bank. Theives
Mystic simple huggies in rose gold
I bought these on the recommendation of a friend. I have 3 earrings in each ear and the rose gold tiny hoop earrings ,that I wore at the top of my ear and never took out, broke. I bought these as a replacement and am I ever pleased I did. Although a bit pricey for the size I literally haven't taken them out since I bought them. I love them!

I bought these earrings for my daughter. I am extremely disappointed. Such a misleading advertisement for these earrings priced at £49. The picture on your site is very misleading as to the actual size. They are minuscule!!!!

The jewellery itself is beautiful however as soon as it arrives you can tell it is soooo cheap!! The huggies are nice, pretty thin but look pretty and might consider ordering them again if they weren't so expensive. I am so disappointed in the barbell earring and would advise everyone not to bother purchasing. The ball on the back of mine wouldn't screw on (clearly it was threaded wrong) and after contacting customer service they asked me to send the earring back before they could send me a replacement (usually when things are faulty the company are happy to send you a new one straight away as long as you provide photo proof which I did). Instead I decided to keep it as I ordered it in time for an occasion and use a different back and not the earring has actually snapped away from the stem within 4 days of wearing it. I was really disappointed as I had saved a lot of money to spend on these. Overall very pretty yet very cheap jewellery sold with a hefty price tag.
Appalling customer service
I’ve been shopping with A&M for years now but never again after the way I’ve been treated by customer service. Absolutely appalling!
beautiful collections
i buying bracelets and jewelry for me, for my friend, for my mom, and the list is little long. overall, i am a very old customer of the Astrid and ordered lots of products, the great thing is i can get whatever i want at a good price.
