Keira, the lady who helped me, was really nice and sorted out my broken earrings for me. She fixed them up so quickly, and now I love this shop even more!

Keira really saved the day when I had a question about the warranty. She was so helpful and made everything so easy. I didn't have to stress at all and felt confident that my problem was being sorted out quickly. Sentimental bracelet replacement
The service at this place is fantastic! I lost a bracelet that was really important to me, and the staff here were so helpful in finding a replacement even though it had been discontinued. Zee really went above and beyond to help me, and I am so thankful. The new bracelet is of such high quality, and it has become my favourite piece of jewellery. Sterling Silver Earring Purchase
I bought a sterling silver earring from your store for my birthday recently. But then, the clasp screw back got all wonky not long after I started wearing it. As a result, the front part of the earring fell off and I couldn't find it. Obviously, I was not happy about it, so I decided to get in touch with your customer service team to sort it out. I told them how disappointed I was not just about the earring's quality, but also because your company didn't communicate or respond to me properly.
Ear cuff purchase
Keira was absolutely amazing at the store! She was so friendly and efficient, and she really knew her stuff. She made me feel like a valued customer, I can't praise her enough.
Tattoo appointment cancellation
We were really gutted when our tattoo appointment got cancelled last minute. We'd come all the way from Devon for it, arrived early like they told us to, then they asked us to come back later. But then, just 15 minutes before our appointment, we got a call saying it was cancelled. It's a shame because we've always had such good service here before.
Shiny bracelet
I bought this really lovely bracelet, but it broke really quickly. I mean, I only wore it twice and then, bam, it snapped! I tried to get a refund, but the customer service was a complete disaster. It took ages just to get a response, and when I finally did, the return process was glitchy and wouldn't work properly. Honestly, why is it so difficult to get a refund for a faulty bracelet? Now I'm out of pocket for something that didn't even last two weeks. Definitely wouldn't recommend it!

Nose piercing at store
I had my nose pierced and it was really cool! Chloe was the one who did it and she was really lovely. She explained everything to me and made sure I was feeling relaxed. She even listened to why I wanted to have it done. I've been considering it for ages, like literally 20 years! We had a nice chat afterwards and I didn't feel like she was rushing at all. It was a fantastic experience and I'm absolutely thrilled with it!

The customer service I got when I bought my October Charm was really great. I went to the shop on Carnaby Street on May 24th and Chad welcomed me. I felt important as soon as I walked in. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Chad really helped me find the October Charm I was looking for. The bracelet means a lot to me, so I had a bunch of questions and things I wanted, but Chad handled everything really well, with professionalism, respect, and kindness. He even took the time to get a hair out that was stuck in the bracelet. Overall, Chad's amazing customer service made my shopping trip one I won't forget.
