I wanted to share my experience of shopping at an online book store recently and I must say, I was really pleased with it. The website was so easy to use, and I found the book I wanted in no time at all. Checking out was a breeze, which I always find a relief. I got a confirmation email right after I placed my order, which was nice to see. All in all, I was really impressed with how quick and easy it was to buy the book I wanted.
Educational books purchase
I was really pleased with the educational books I bought from here recently. They kept me well informed about my order and delivery, which made me confident about my purchase. 3 Books Ordered
I recently bought 3 books from this shop and it was a brilliant experience! Two of them were second-hand, but they appeared to be in pristine condition and were very inexpensive. Even though it took a bit long for them to reach me in Poland, it was completely fine because of the great prices. I really appreciate being able to purchase English books at such reasonable prices.

I bought something on this website not too long ago and I must say, I was pretty chuffed with how it all went. Ordering was dead easy and the books showed up in good nick, packaged up nice and tight. children's books
I bought some kids' books from that shop the other day and I was pretty happy with what I got. But I was a bit let down by one book because the front cover was falling off. Luckily, I managed to fix it with some double-sided tape and my great-granddaughter didn't even notice. Even though there was a small problem, it won't put me off shopping there in the future.

I always head over to Awesome books to grab my school books as they've got the best prices and they're into recycling which is pretty neat. The books always arrive in great condition, regardless of them being new or used. I recently got some new books and they were more affordable than anywhere else on the internet. Second-hand book purchase
I was really let down by my most recent order from this company. I've bought used books from them before and they've always been great - good quality and well-packaged. But this time, they just stuck the book in a flimsy plastic bag, and it arrived with a badly damaged corner. It's not on to get something all banged up, especially from a company known for using cardboard packaging. If they keep on with this plastic bag thing, I'll definitely shop somewhere else in the future.
Recent book purchase
I bought something from that shop the other day and I was really let down by the whole thing. The book I got was all messed up, with pages all creased and the cover torn. It was definitely not what I was hoping for. I usually shop there a lot and I've always had books that were in perfect condition. Now I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again.
Amazing books
I absolutely love buying books from this company. They always arrive really quickly and in perfect condition. It's great knowing that by purchasing from them, I'm also supporting world literacy which is amazing. I have discovered some really cool new books and authors through them as well.
Used books in excellent condition, low prices, free delivery
I've bought quite a few used books from this website and I have to say, I've always been really impressed with the quality. Even though they're second-hand, the books are always in great condition and the prices are really decent compared to other places. Nostalgic book purchase
The books I ordered were mostly in good condition, but I have to admit I was a bit let down that the covers weren't the same as the ones shown online. I was hoping for that nostalgic touch of the original covers from when I was younger. Nevertheless, this won't stop me from ordering from you again. Even though the covers weren't right, the books themselves were in great shape and I really liked the variety on your website.
International shipping
Shipping internationally can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, but I was really impressed with how smooth this company made it all. I live in Sweden, and the shipping costs were fair and the delivery time was surprisingly quick. I'll definitely be buying more stuff from this company again.

i've used for the site on & off for years.
until recently i'd have said overall they're not too bad but their customer service is very poor!!
emails are not promptly addressed/answered, when they ARE, if there's a problem (such as damaged items being sent) in general, i've been offered 10% 'refund'(!!!) - which is NOTHING considering many other sites are more than happy to own & take responsibility for issues by fully refunding without return or very close to it.
unfortunately even with this raised with staff, they clearly don't seem to care.
customer retention & loyalty appears to mean nothing to them which is extremely strange from a business operational sense (to turn away customers so readily).
