I bought a silver ring and watch to go with my black shoes as my brother suggested. I decided on this shop because they're known for quick delivery and top-notch products. I have to say, I wasn't let down. The items came quickly and the quality was even better than I expected. Both the ring and watch looked really stylish and went well with my outfit. I'm really happy with my buy and will definitely think about ordering from here again next time.
Watch purchase
The watch arrived quickly and came in lovely packaging. I went to the store in Sutton Coldfield to get it fitted and the customer service was fantastic. The guy who helped me was really friendly, knew his stuff, and gave great service. I definitely suggest Beaverbrooks for their amazing service and high-quality products.
Diamond necklace
I recently bought a beautiful diamond necklace from this shop for my wife's anniversary. Unfortunately, the order was sent to a completely different address, causing me to panic as the anniversary was nearing. It was really annoying to have to try and find where the package went and then having to find a last-minute solution. I contacted customer service to sort out the issue but it was a long and complicated process to get a refund, redelivery, or even have an investigation done. What saddened me the most was the lack of any real apologies for the mistake and the hassle it caused. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that has made me reluctant to shop here again in the future.
Recent jewellery purchase
I popped into the store for some jewellery and I have to say, the staff were so friendly and really helpful. They knew all about the products and helped me find the perfect piece for me. The store was nicely laid out and had loads of jewellery to pick from. I was really impressed with the customer service and would definitely suggest this store to others.

All positive cannot fault this service. From start to finish. Infact this is my second purchase through Beaverbrooks and that was also faultless. Well done.

Been looking for engagement ring for partner and been comming past beaverbrooks shop and decided will buy it there. Brought it may 2017. She wear it for 6 months and one diamond have missing. Yanuary 2018 bring it to shop to repair it. Get it back after 4 months of chacing on phone where it is. Every time been told another 3-4 weeks to wait as they want to give back quality product- will see. (Got it back may 2018) Been charged 45.00 GBP for repair after all this time without ring. Bad experience. Will not reccomend anyone.
