Kids rug Gobi Multicolour
I bought the Kids rug Gobi Multicolour last year and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good quality and durable it is. It's super soft and simple to look after, which makes it perfect for a kid's room. I liked it so much that I've actually just ordered a new rug for the living room. There are so many different options to choose from, it's hard for me to pick just one!

The website is just full of different styles, colours, materials, and sizes. I managed to find the perfect quirky-shaped rug for my mum, who has dementia and struggles to get around. The rug's depth and thickness were spot on for her room makeover. Both of us, me and my mum, couldn't be more pleased with this Christmas present.

I really enjoy ordering rug samples from here because it's such a brilliant idea! I mean, who wants to buy a big rug without even seeing if you actually like it first, you know? Dissatisfied with return process
I wouldn't recommend buying from this company if you're hoping for a simple return process. It's been an absolute nightmare living in the UK trying to return an item - it's been a whole month now and the rug I wanted to send back has somehow ended up back at my house because of some power of attorney form that I never signed. The customer service team hasn't been helpful at all, so now I'm left to sort out and pay for the return out of my own pocket. It's honestly ridiculous and feels like I'm being scammed.
Two rugs for lounge and dining room
I recently purchased two lovely rugs for my lounge and dining room and I must say, they are absolutely gorgeous! They look stunning and feel incredibly soft underfoot. I managed to snag them at a really affordable price thanks to some discounts I found on the website. The shipping process was straightforward and DHL did a fantastic job delivering the rugs to me.

Three stunning rugs
I've been really looking forward to getting my hands on those rugs, but there was a bit of a delay because of some customs problems caused by recent changes. But they've finally arrived! And let me tell you, they are just gorgeous, with such intricate and lovely designs. They've totally surpassed what I was expecting and were definitely worth the price. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I'd definitely suggest Benuta if you're looking for some top-notch rugs.

Rug ordered on 5th February
I bought a rug on the 5th of February, and it was supposed to arrive in 6-8 days. It's been a while now since I placed the order, but there's no sign of it being sent out. I've contacted customer service twice to ask about my order, but I haven't heard back yet. I also found out that the rug is coming from Germany, which wasn't made clear on the UK website. As a customer, I think it's important to know all the shipment details so I can make the right choice.
